I think they are a bit expensive especially since Square makes money on every transaction. Entry Errors happen all the time with human entry. Biggest concern is that you have to print out a ticket immediately and changes are difficult if someone wants to cancel or change.. you have to go into the data base to make a change which is not timely or efficient. Glad to have em but could be improved. Big learning curve.

It kept shutting down or trying to connect with other devises. I finally spent the money on Square Terminal. As a small but busy business owner it is worth every penny. I would highly recommend Square Terminal for any business.

Hands down best idea business wise. It’s an all in one pos system that makes checking out my clients a breeze!

Don’t let the price tag deter you! It is by far the best Square reader (and payment terminal, for that matter) that I’ve used in the 5 year lifespan of my small business. It is stand-alone, sleek, great tech, and just totally functional.

It’s simple to operate and very affordable. I had an issue with my terminal and even though I had a hard time getting through to customer service, I left a call back number and they returned my call.

Was easy to set up and we have had no problems with any type of credit/debit card transaction. Love that it prints out order tickets and receipts right from the same machine.

It travels well for going festivals & has all the benefits of the Square product with an option to print a receipt for customers that prefer a paper receipt over an electronic receipt. The battery was fully charged to start and lasted all day! I love it!

Feels well-build when you hold in your hand. Square makes taking credit cards, debit cards or other forms of payment (Google & Apple Pay) easy. Dip, swipe, tap, insert chip, no matter how, it is very fast and everyone likes the quick convenience.
