Nice terminal!

The first time it was defective and was replaced. The 2nd was our fault and this last time it just stopped working. Overall it is a good terminal. The current software has some glitches but I am sure it will be worked out soon. Easy to use and the fact you can print a receipt from the terminal is great for those that still want a physical receipt.

A tremendous upgrade from the Square reader. Everything is on the terminal and I longer have to use my phone for transactions. It was on sale for about $45.00 off the regular price, which made it a no brainer for me.

It charges quickly and holds a charge for a long time. I can usually get several events out of a charge.

It’s quick, efficient, and allows me to print receipts on the spot for my customers. Also the tap feature is great because most customers just use that now from their phones. ☺️

The software is quick to respond and has helpful record keeping and stats. The "offline" feature enables taking payments that can be uploaded when connectivity is available. I love the receipt printing feature tho many customers used the option to email. The ability to upload an Excel spreadsheet of inventory is convenient. My battery still had 50% remaining after a 12 hour day. The Best Buy representative was knowledgeable and helpful.
