I didn’t like using the adapter for the IPhone anymore since they switched to no more headphone jacks. I was ready for an upgrade and this was perfect. Not bulky and everything integrated into one system where I don’t have to use my personal iPhone or IPad.

We purchased the Square Terminal so we would handle less cash. It has worked out very well. It is mobile so can be taken to people picking up curbside. Most customers have commented how versatile it is. Highly recommend it for a small business.

Great piece of hardware for accepting payments

With multiple volunteers processing payments from customers at our events, a central terminal is much more efficient. The one drawback we've experience thus far, however, is that when accepting payments in 'Offline' mode, there is no way to verify whether a customer's transaction is successfully processed - until we connect to WiFi back at our office. Only then can we see if a credit card was declined or not.

They Cancelled my services because I sell guns and ammo. Had I known this before hand I would not have purchased a$300 item I can no longer use. They should at least offer me refund.

Would be OK for a desktop / office credit card terminal that gets used frequently in one place, but not for quick on-the-go use. Much more expensive than the small square. Also had trouble setting up.

Money was transferred to my bank in a timely manner as promised by Square. Will be interesting to see how they handle multiple charges on the same day.
