They last about 9 months before needing replacement. Maybe they are not designed for the duty cycle we use them for. Otherwise, they work pretty slick for taking mobile payment.

In their email they said "for privacy reasons we can not disclose any information for terminating you account". Now I have to scramble to find another service to do credit card transactions! Not Cool Square! Don't buy this product!!
