I'm a small mobile business owner. My Square terminal comes in handy when my customers are paying by debit or credit. Works every time with no issues.

Easy to use and setup. One issue though, if you connect to your square account with a code rather than logging in, the screen stays stuck at "powered by square". Fixed by resetting device and logging in with email and password

What a difference this Square Terminal makes! I admit I was afraid it would be difficult to setup, but it was simple. It has been a huge boost to my business. My only regret is not buying sooner.

Juat starting a small home based business and Square Up has proven a good little investment. I've already made sales in less than a month to pay for the Square Up. Easy to get started and so many extra options for business that I have yet to explore.

Works great! I was going to buy the register but I realized that the terminal does the job. Lithe only thing is that Square software updates a few times a week. And it says it will take 5 minutes but it could take a few hours actually. So the best thing I found is to keep power on at all times while it is plugged in. That way the updates automatically happen and you won’t have any problems with waiting for it to update ,

This Squar terminal was so easy to set up and to connect to my square account. It's also easy to use and I love that it prints receipts. Really makes transactions look and feel professional! Great Buy!

First, let me start by saying that the only reason I purchaseD this device was because the latest square stand does not support the latest version of iPads, and I needed to replace a very old stand. You need to have an older iPad to use the square stand, which is not available for sale anywhere! This is a huge fail on Square’s part. This was a bummer at first for me, but I quickly fell in love with this device! First of all, this device also supports external accessories, including our current USB thermal printer! You don’t have to use the printer that is built into this device, and that is how I have it set up. I have it using my existing printer connected via USB, which means you don’t have to use the built-in Printer with this device, and that is how I have it set up. I have it using my existing printer connected via USB (via the included accessory dongle!) and I essentially have the same set up I had with the square stand! Now, I can see lots of benefits to using the included printer, including for restaurants that take credit cards at a table, but for our business set up, this is not needed. I was so happy to see that you can actually disable the built-in printer and continue to use an external printer. Five stars! Easy to use. Easy to set up. Great reliability. Will buy again when I need another square stand replacement.
