Obviously it works, but a brand new product that cost over 2Gs being damaged before even one use is the problem. Then ran away. Absolutely trash

They refused to use the new parts we bought from best buy, they left pieces from the old machine on the stairs, they left their sweat (gross) on the machine and they damaged the wall while moving the machine-- then didn't own up to it. Do not use the installation service.

Never installed

Came in to my house and looked at it was going to be installed on the second floor in a luandry room in a pretty tight space . Flat out said I need a secondary drain not just the main one there. Wouldn’t install and left . Returned all items including washer and dryer combo.

Will never buy from Best Buy again

I am currently on my 4th attempt to get my washer and dryer delivered. We “purchased” the washer and dryer 27 days ago, hoping to get it tomorrow.

Horrible Experience

I experieced long wait times trying to resolve this issue, literally more than 4 hours on the phone (this should be documented) This not how you treat a vauable customer. The Geek squad gave me a different reason every time.

Kind of awful install

But dryer not tested for heat - there is none. I'm hiring a plumber for this 'cause it's gas. Do not trust 3rd party installer: J B Hunt. Nice guys, but not thorough. In a hurry to leave.
