    My Aunt and I went to Best Buy the other day to purchase a new TV for her which went very well. We had decided that I would install the TV for her and Best Buy would come take the old projector TV from her apartment. We used my Best Buy account for the transaction and specifically told the guy that this would not be at the address associated with the account and we gave him the correct one. I then receive a call from Best Buy the night before pickup reminding me and telling me that the pickup was at my address (the one we said not to use). So I had to call Best Buy after I got home from work around 10pm and the guy kindly fixes it and reschedules it. The next day while I'm at school Best Buy shows up at my house anyway and I start getting calls saying that my parents were telling them it was the wrong address. I finally get the chance to call back and the lady has no idea that the pickup was rescheduled to another address. Let's hope the actual pickup goes well but for now I'm giving 1 star

    Service states completed but the item is still in my house. I have been calling bestbuy for three months to get my product installed and the other one hauled away. I have spent hours and hours on hold trying to get this figured out. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a company. When I call, they tell me to call back in 24 hours because the system has to update. I call back and there’s nothing they can do. And there are NO managers or supervisors to talk to. I request to speak to one and they tell me that they’ll call me back in 34-48 hours. No one has called me back. This is absurd. I won’t be paying for the product and will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

    Old TV Pickup

    My old, large projection tv was suppose to be picked up on the same day of the delivery of my new Sony. When this did not happen, I worked my way from sales associate to the manager. The manager had the TV picked up within two hours---kudos for outstanding customer service. I

    Crew showed up and looked at the Trendmill and said they need a crew of 4 to move it. Said they will have it rescheduled. As I look into my account, I noticed the service has been marked complete. Completely a lie. Having to call BestBuy 4th time to schedule this. Something that I shouldn't have to pay for in the first place as it was part of the original delivery. Spent over 5 hours because they can't get the right team out to do it correctly the first time. Definitely, not upto the mark and should be marked as -ve stars

    Bought a new flat screen and PAID for a haul away of old flat screen. The haul away team did a no-show twice in a row, just after sending me a notice to be ready "they will arrive soon". Several calls (with over 3 hours on the phone - no kidding) and promised to get a call from a manger to make sure this is corrected. They have so many support channels that are not coordinated they couldn't help if they wanted to. This retailer is on a trajectory to extinction. The price matching is table stakes, the service is below the line. Buyer beware, im done with BestBuy.

    Old Appliance Pickup

    It was so nice, easy, and affordable to pay best buy $14.99 per appliance for them to come pick them up. Just had to leave them in driveway and my worries were over. Highly recommended.

    I would give a 0 star if possible. I bought a new washer/dryer unit to replace a GE spacemaker laundry center. The space is tight, but not difficult to remove the unit. The team of 2 people came over and give it a wiggle, and just said "meh" and left. They said just asked for a refund. I had a different company did it for the same price and within 15 minutes.

    The men didn’t cover their shoes before they walked onto my white carpet. Then they didn’t want to detach my Mitsubishi 65” rear projection TV from its base to remove it. “It was not in their job description.” I had to show them how and that a small Allen wrench was all that was needed. It took only a few minutes to detach very easily. They had no manners but asked me to give them a 10 rating, hahaha.

    Delivery team came at a time outside my delivery window. They looked at my old washer and didn’t want to bring it down the stairs. They said “I’ll be right back” and left, and never came back. Delivery company reschedule me a total of six times (yes, unbelievable) before I finally escalated the issue to Best Buy management and only then did i get my delivery and haul away. Pretty horrendous experience.

    Driver refused to pick up my old appliance as it was outside the house and i had to waste 2 weeks of my time to get a. $25 refund...i would recommend getting the haul away done along with the dleivery of the new appliance and not separately. Overall best buy delivery drivers are very rude and not cooperative

    three times they have not shown up - hope 4th time is the charm. Stayed home from work on 2 days for this and they never even called. Best Buy needs to get rid of this sub contractor! I would have given zero stars if the site allowed me

    Purchased a 75" Samsung TV and removal of old tv took over a week for services rendered. Got the run-a-round from Geek Squad until I finally spoke to someone at the top that was able to get things fixed.

    This is the only time I have ever had anything bad to say about any transaction with Best Buy but to be fair they are a subcontractor not the store.
