    We had a new fridge delivered on a Tuesday. The installation team couldn't get it in unhooked so left it. We got it unhooked. I spent over four calls from my office ... four and a half hours waiting on hold with no contact. I finally called the store back and talked to a store manager and he helped me. We had the old refrigerator in the middle of the kitchen for two weeks.
