We always buy our stereos and speakers from Best Buy and they install them. They were very busy and there was a lengthy delay for the install and I had to go out of town to get it installed, but once it was done, we were very happy with the results.

Sergay was the installer for my front speakers. My car is new, and there was no info on it, but Sergay figured it out, got the speakers done, and recommended the products I need to get the sound I want. Awesome job, cant wait to get the rest done!

I am always nervous when taking my car for any service. But I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and speed at which my radio and speakers were installed. Best of all, the radio looks great and there was no visible damage anywhere.

Very professional and highly recommend my technician. Had multiple vehicles that he helped me with installs and very fast and efficient.

I had trouble with the web site and store system scheduling the installation so I drove to the store and spoke with the technician. He was extremely helpful and fit me in and an hour later they were done. He even manage to connect them without cutting additional holes keeping the original interior look.

Went to Best Buy to get new speakers for my car. They recommend I get the year plan since it would cost me 160.00 for installation. The plan only cost 199.00 for a whole year and has a lot of benefits. With the plan installation for speakers was $0.

The geek squad never ceases to amaze me. The do such a high quality install. If you will be installing several items or components I would definitely recommend the total tech support package. It will save you a lot of money.

The agent was very friendly and informative. Helped me to understand the Beta program that I joined. He also gave me several choices of amps to helps with sound loudness that I would like.

My vents are not secure. I cannot move them without them sinking into the dash.

I found technician to be knowledgeable and helpful in finding right product. The speakers have improved my listening experience in my vehicle and I found the price to be reasonable. My only complaint is the they are not loud enough but I can (and likely will) correct that with an amplifier in the future.

The install was done ahead of time and without any issues.

Installation looks professional and works great. The tech was also very helpful in orienting me and linking up my cell phone to the new radio/CD player with aux and USB connection. Very pleased with the work done at River City in Jacksonville, FL

The guy who installed was very nice ,courteous ,and knowledgeable about that field of work. He was very efficient as well. The only downside is he gets booked up fairly quickly so you need to be patient.

The gentleman that installed my speakers did an excellent job. He was able to answer all of the questions I had, was able to troubleshoot issues he ran into, and did it all in a timely manner. Definitely want to go back and get my rear speakers replaced next.

I purchased a set of speakers and was going to get them installed somewhere else but after talking to the guy didn't feel comfortable so went to best buy and got them done very professional and didn't mess up my door panels and gave me some helpful information

Geek Squad installed speakers in my truck and I could be more satisfied. They are awesome and I recommend the Geek Squad to install speakers and Apple radios too. Quality work and excellent services!!
