Chair is extremely comfortable, love the design, especially the tilt back arms, which are an absolute game changer! Tried giving it 4 1/2 stars, but the rating system won’t allow… Would’ve given it five stars if there was a little more adjustment to make the tilt slightly looser, for my tastes. I’ve got it maxed out now, but still not quite enough. But that’s a very minor quibble, it checks all the other boxes and fits my needs and then some! Plus, Best Buy‘s price was significantly cheaper than it was if I bought the exact same chair at Staples in store.
