Good action movie and the story is great. It took me a minute before I watched it. I definitely would say I should have watched it sooner. After watching it I had to buy it and the second part.

J.J. Abrams has reinvented the Star Trek franchise with this film!

On the surface this would appear to be a reboot of the series, but is actually a continuation and revisit of the original timeline, to great effect.

Have enjoyed several of the Star Trek spinoffs and really enjoyed this movie on the big screen when it originally came out. Liked it all over again after watching for the first time since then.

love the new star trek movies! great references to the classics, great job of casting new actors that fit the roles we're all familiar with while updating the series to meet todays expectations

Being a Trekkie I love all the Star Trek movies. I like the way the did the spin on the alternate universe premise it set up whole new franchise with more range.

What can I say the movie is amazing...got a great deal on this so I can’t complain, picture and sound are perfect.

Without too much spoiling this takes place in an alternate timeline form previous movies and TV series. It is an excellent reimagining and the sequels are just as good.

Awesome start to a great series of Star Trek movies. Highly recommended. Glad to have this in 4K.

All the movies in this series are outstanding and definitely must be watched! So much better than the originals and the characters are much easier to relate to.

This is a great addition to my growing 4K movie collection. The picture is notably better than normal HD video, and I'm quite satisfied with this title.

Previously had Star Trek in BD but purchased this 4K to go with a new Sony 4K player and TV. Upgrade from BD to 4K is noticably better. Highly recommend.

This movie revitalizes the Star Trek universe for a whole new generation. The casting of Chris Pine as Jim Kirk was a bit worrisome but the actor was absolutely brilliant! Great choice.

This is a fantastic remake of a classic series. The actors are wonderful, the storyline is great. I've watched this several times and will definitely watch it again.

Really enjoyed this movie. The best of the bunch of the updated series imo. Especially liked the way they did an homage to the original Wrath of Kahn.

Great 4k transfer, Demo quality HDR. Arrived in timely fashion. Product was in excellent condition.

If you are buying a 4k TV/Ultra HD player this needs to be one of the first 4k films you buy. It looks amazing, the HDR on this thing is amazing!

Loved the movie. But now i need to get a UHD blu ray player and the guy said the Blu ray player i had would work and after calling samsung they said he was wrong.
