The first movie started off strong. The sequels began to lose some of the magic that made this one great.

Such a phenomenal remake! Spock is sexy! And Captain Kirk looks ok too! Watching on 4k is a whole other experience!

I went ahead and upgraded to the 4K for the superior picture and sound and I'm glad that I did. Well worth it.

This movie looks so ahead of it's time to begin with, add 4k uhd and it looks incredible.

Star Trek is a great movie, has outstanding VFX, and is able to be supported by its cast.

Didn't expect anything from this film but it blew me away from beginning to end.

I went into this movie with a skeptical eye, being that I grew up watching the original cast, during it's initial TV series run, and later their 7 movies. After watching this movie, I was blown away by the detail to the new (young) characters appearances and mannerisms compared to the original cast . The transition was seemless, and many unanswered questions to the origional series were answered. Without giving away the plot, the use of Leonard Nimoy (original Spock) in the plot, sealed the deal for me on the transition from the old to the new cast . The acting was superb and plot was well thought out, action packed, and suspensful from start to finish. I would rank this within the top 2 of all Trek movies ever made. Without sounding sappy, It actually brought a tear to my eye, knowing such care was taken to keep this series alive into the future... "where no man has gone before"...

This movie has the same great content as the standard with great 4K textures.

Love this movies and series of movies. Chris Pine and Zoe Saldana are the best together

As reboots go, not too bad. 4K of course makes the space scenes even better

This is an absolute must own for the collection. Especially if you are a Star Trek fan.

Never was a fan of the star trek TV series but the movies were awesome! I like the action scenes a lot, the whole space genre is really interesting to me as well.
