Great attempt to capture the Star Trek early years

This was a good reboot. We cannot wait for the sequel

I'm not sure 4k is the way yet. On my projector, the blue ray looks better. I need to tune it up. I hear that is when the source thinks there is an HDR signal, but there really is not, or it doesn't pass. I'll try it on my 4k TV.

Good movie I hope theres another one in the future

Not a fan of the other two films but this one is loads of fun and action with a new version of star trek. Fun movie.

The film as a whole is decent enough, but the story feels to be forced. It came off like they were trying a bit to hard to mimic the original films.

Didn't know what all the hype was about. An average movie to me. Tried too much keeping it like the original movies instead of using more up to date technology.

Good action movie, with very good CGI and special effects. Good plot and good actors. Wished the actors form the fist one had been in the second one as well.

I loved all the cameos, Bruce Willis (nuff said). Having The Rock in this one has really given the franchise a boost. He is in everything nowadays! Sheesh!

It's an okay movie. Much like the first one, they followed the characterization of the comic books fairly well. Even if the acting is a bit cheap.

Love Star Trek-Liked this movie. It was ok (can do without the love interest sub plot). Still worth buying and watching though.

decent movie, in the process of converting my movie library to 4k. Good one to add since choices are limited in the field.

Good Flick. Just remember its a GI Joe movie and don't take it to seriously! I thought it was pretty good. Looks great on Blu Ray!

It's not worth spending the extra for the 4K version. the regular blu rays will do.

All of these are the same, lacking !!! Not as clean as they should be. Just get the blu rays and save some cash.

Fairly well done reset to the Trek franchise but a little rough around the edges. Definitely worth viewing anyway.

Thought it was just ok. Nothing to rave about. Chris Pine is definitely not James T Kirk.

The love story between Channint Tatum and The Rock is unmatchable when compared to other films like this.

Lot of action and some humor too. Chris pine pulls off Capt Kirk admirably.

Not a fan of the storyline but great new introductions of beloved characters. Beautiful to watch
