this is the first movie i purchased to view on my new 4k tv and was very pleased with the resolution 4k provides. i am a star trek fan and would like to see more of the others since moving up to 4k.

We loved this movie. Although you don't actually see enough of the bad guy, you get enough of the favorite characters and a few new ones to make up for it. It was still action packed and enjoyable.

Wanted something to test my new 4k HD Ultra TV. I'd seen it before so I figured this was a suitable test. The movie's storyline is good and the restart of the Star Trek series has been spot on with the casting believably recalling the original characters.

Great movie with a lot of action and the 4K has incredible picture this movie also has Atmos sound affect so if you have a system that has Atmos as I do, the sound is as incredible as the picture is.

If you like the first two Star Trek movies after the "reboot" you will enjoy this. Action and story are top notch and my favorite character bones has a bigger part. great way to show off your 4k tv.

Great production and the 4K version looks like I was at the theatre viewing it. Who ever casted the replacement for Captain Kirk (William Shatner) picked the right guy! A must for your collection.

When I first heard the director for the movie was being done by the fast and the furious director I suspicious. I still wish it was done by JJ. The movie turned out great. The 4K was great as well.

My favorite was Jay la , she made the the entire movie better in my opinion. I like the way the cast was paired up to work together to free themselves of a mad man gone insanely anti Star Fleet Command. Recommend this movie any Trekkie.

What else do I need to say, other than it's a new Star Trek film. Love the new characters, and good story line. Cast was great. Keep them coming!

Dissapointed that Paramount's digital copy code does not unlock the 4K version which is available on VUDU. It only gives you the 1080p version. Some other 4K blu-rays from other studios like Warner Bros do unlock the 4K digital copy. Besides that, great movie.

Star Trek Beyond is arguably the best film in the new series. It feels like the Star Trek of old and is filled with references and moments that all fans will appreciate, plus plenty of action. It looks great in 4K. I can't wait for the next film.

Great flick, Chris Pine looks so cute in his uniform. Good thing I look exactly like him. To infinity and beyond!!! Great quote from a great franchise that just started. Glad it's not a remake

Great movie very well done good job from director Justin Lin. Lives up to the standards set by J J Abrams previous Star Trek entries. The 4K presentation goes beyond fantastic. Highly Recommend.

This is the best move in the rebooted series that JJ Abrams started a few years prior. The action scenes are fantastic and the characters seem to have even more nuance than before. Great film.

My understanding is this is not a true 4K transfer, but it is still a great looking film on my 4K hdr Vizio, using an Xbox One S for the 4K player. Lots of little details shine through and makes it more immersive. Great to have a regular blu-ray included.

Watched movie 2 times I a row couldn't get enough. The graphics were great the action was great. Have to say this was a very good movie. Recommend this to anyone who likes action movies.

The movie was awesome in 4 k. The clarity was remarkable. We enjoyed the movie very much. We watched Star Trek when we were growing up and I still watch reruns when there's nothing else on TV.

This is a Star Trek movie done like the good old original series. The best part about it is the sound track, which really tests out your surround sound system. Loads of fun!

This is a great movie for anyone who loves Sci-Fi of any kind. The graphics are amazing and you can't help but be thoroughly and intensely focused on the evolving action of this movie.
