I thoroughly enjoy the new Star Trek franchise. While remaining true to the original ambiance it is Trek for a new generation. This movie was a thorough standout with stellar performances from the new cast members and a solid story to bring the audience in.

I loved this movie. I was wary at first given that I was used to the JJ Abrams vision for the new Star Trek saga but I was not disappointed at all with the new director. Surprisingly he can make star trek just as well as he can make a fast and furious movie.

Loved it! Star Trek Beyond is a great addition to the new Star Trek series. It's upbeat, and funny at times. I really enjoyed watching each character come into his own and see the crew really jell. It was the making of a family. Nicely done. Enjoy the ride.

This is the third installment in this franchise and I liked the first two movies so much that I bought this sight unseen. I just knew it would be good because the first two are awesome and this one did not disappoint. Great movie to add to your collection.

Star Trek - always fun and space travel is always interesting. This is a great action movie with a good story about soldiers abandoned. You'd think after Khan they'd learn to not shuffle off top notch soldiers. Thank the movie gods they didn't because this is a fun movie. If you like Star Trek, Sci-Fi, or Action you will like this.

I love these new Star Trek movies. You get a little bit of everything. The story is top notch and there is just the right amount of action and comedy to keep things moving. Overall this is a good movie even if you are not a fan of the Star Trek franchise.

The latest entry into a well done reboot is what we have come to expect from the newest iteration of Star Trek. A fun ride from begin to end with excellent performances from this great cast. Special effects are really well done and it looks amazing in 4k!

If you grew up on Star Trek you will find this movie entertaining and satisfying. Chris Pine as Kirk is a great fit. Young, impetuous, and brave. Spoiler alert: of course the good guys win!

This is another adventure for the crew of the USS Enterprise (don't they keep destroying the ship, is it still the Enterprise?). The movie series is starting to feel 'episodic' but they doesn't mean this is a bad episode. The story and the visuals are as fun as ever and the quality is still there. It just feels like a bit of the same.

I love the new Star Trek movies, even if they aren't "canon" they are entertaining, well done visually and fun. Beyond was no let down. If you enjoyed the first two you'll enjoy this one. I got my copy on sale, so a great price for a new release as well!

This is another Star Trek Movies, and a continuation of the series. As it goes, I've listened to ones which I consider better, but that's not the point here .. IF you remember Star Trek from the 1st time seen (yes, original series) .. you realize quickly that sometimes, CGI is not as good as having imagination and just good acting.

I enjoyed the 3rd installment in this series. With 3D tvs being phased out of production I wonder about the future of 3D movies being for sale. The movie itself is good and fun to watch, although I wonder if I will be willing to rewatch this title very much. Had I not gotten it on such a great sale, I'd not bought it.

Not the greatest, but not the worst. I really think that this most recent installment in the Star Trek franchise works better as a stand-alone film. It is highly exgaging, and features a very nuanced performance by Idris Elba, but I feel like many of the storylines developed in the first two films are largely ignored, unfortunately.

It's Star Trek! Need I say more? We have all of the Star Trek movies and TV series. We have a set of Star Trek tankers and even have some Romulan Ale. My husband has a Spock Dog that says "Live really long and prosper" that he got for his birthday!

This disk fit perfectly into my player and was read without issue. It is similar to some others I have so it stores nicely in the same area. The disk came in a convenient case that works excellent to protect it from scratches. Happy with this product!

The first movie of the reboot was the best one. The second was good. This was was between good and just... a movie. Plot was nothing extraordinary, and at this point we are all tired of the same of everything including blowing up the Enterprise... sorry for the spoiler, but is true. Come up with something new and good please.

Finally a Star Trek movie that is like the original series episodes. Really nice motion - saw it in 3D at the theater and bought that version for home. Haven't taken time to download the digital copy yet, as the 3D Bluray is still a lot of fun to watch.

Most people aren't supporting 3D technology, but since I enjoy it I will always pick the 3D release if it is an option. This film is probably the most FUN Star Trek to come out in a long time, and to watch it in 3D made it just that much more enjoyable!

I really enjoy the Star Trek movies. Beyond was very entertaining and even better I got it at a great price at Best Buy. This movie will keep you entertained if you enjoy science fiction. I love the fact that it includes the digital version, so I don't have to hunt down the disc when I want to watch it. Great movie at a great price.

I don't open my Steelbooks. I will probably just take it out from time to time and look at the awesome picture on the front cover. Being that it's not open, I can't see the back cover... #reachedelitestatusfrombuyingmostlymoviesandnotopeningthem
