Great bluray that i got on sale on black friday. Only complaint is that the commentary is not on the physical disc. It is only available through the iTunes special features. Once again forcing us to use apple.

The story is not as interesting as the 2 previous movies in the present series. I didn't feel like I was along for the ride. Perhaps I'd have enjoyed it more on the big screen. Don't pay extra for the Blu-Ray.

Good movie! The first two Star Trek movies were awesome! Beyond wasn't as good in my opinion...they could of shortened the fight scenes. The video and audio are top notch and worth seeing...especially in 3D!

Pretty weak in parts. I think the story lost it's way and the way that they defeated the enemy was really pretty lame and stolen from "Mars Attacks" I'd say the worse of the 3 Chris Pine Trek movies.

I enjoyed this more than I thought I would and the added third dimension was a o.k. I just wish they would have shown more Idris Alba in human form. Chekov will be missed! Long live Chekov

The movie was ok. It was a lot if same old, same old. They could have done a lot more with it. The creatures were a little too much. I actually found it kind of boring and I am a fan if Star Trek.

The story wasn't that engaging, compared to what I was treated to in the prior Star Trek movie Into Darkness. The 3D was just ok as well. Not the greatest post conversion I've seen... just ok.

These movies are getting worse with each new installment. The first one AWESOME, Into Darkness interesting remake, This one hard to get through. It is still star trek though so a must watch,

This one is for the fans. Plenty of action and special effects, but not much to the story. Simply not as good as the first two. I would recommend this to a friend only if the friend was a fan.

This is a very high-quality disc, no problems with that at all. I am a big Star Trek fan, and the movie itself is just okay. It is my least favorite of all the reboot Star Trek movies though.

Bought it on Black Friday. I thought it was an ok movie. I didn't like it as much as the first two but it was definitely entertaining nonetheless. Still better than "The Search for Spock". :)

a lot of action in this one , something always going on. biggest complaint is that the plot was pretty thin - the bad guy's motives didn't make much sense. ok to just watch as a distraction.

Please remember that if the movie was not filmed in 4k then it cannot be 4k. Most movies are filmed in 2k for movies theaters. Very few movies are filmed in a 4k film.

While the first Star Trek in the reboot still stands as the best one this certainly is an improvement on Into the Darkness. It felt fresh with a new director on board. Solidly entertaining.

While by no means a bad movie, I heard many great things, and that it was better than 'Into Darkness'. I would say it's OK at best, and still think that 'Into' is the better of the two.

This movie is ok, if you can get it for a low price than I would recommend it but it's pretty predictable and bordering on the ludicrous in several scenes, especially the motorcycle scene.

The movie is okay, but the studio sucks. I enjoy movies that come with digital copy and have most in my library on Vudu OR MoviesAnywhere. I about pulled my hair out trying to redeem the code and get it into my library. Seems to only be good on the Paramount site because I couldn't even get UltraViolet or iTunes to properly link to transfer it over. What's the point of having an account for 1 stupid movie? Won't be purchasing any more movies from this studio....not that they really produce much I want to see anyway.

Fun to watch, but not as creative or groundbreaking as first two installments of the reboot. Grab some popcorn and enjoy but don't go in thinking this is the best of the three movies.

This movie was fine. It was not the best Star Trek movie out of the last 3. They need to get back to how the first two were made/story.

Big on special effects but a predictable plot. Was more like an episode of the original 1970's TV series than a stand alone action movie. Not in the same class as the last two films.
