Good action movie with none of the stupid scripts of previous action movies. I love the bantering between Bones and Spock.Can't wait until the next Star trek movie comes out.

I saw it in the theater and loved it then. This movie deviates from the original Star Trek movie series. It has some really good twists and turns, especially the enemy ship.

This review is only for the actual bluray disk. Steelbook packaging is quality. Extras on disk makes it a worthy buy. Movie is good even though not up to the previous movies.

Usually third movies are not very good but this one managed to surpass my expectations. Really good visuals and great story. The plot was driven by characters not just action

I loved the movie. Blu ray quality made the movie so much better. Graphics were so realistic. Having the digital copy is bonus. Don't really need the regular DVD copy though.

I love star trek so I may be biased but I thought this was a great movie. Not going to give anything away, but it is admittedly a bit predictable in the first half at least.

This entry into the franchise expertly blends storytelling of the narrative and visual sorts. The light hearted humor mixes well with the fast paced action, guaranteeing that there is hardly a dull moment for the audience.

Great movie! I prefer to review the movie based on technical merit, ie audio and video quality. The Atmos soundtrack is booming while the 4K visual is amazing...recommended!

I love the first two new Star Trek movies and this is no exception. I haven't watched this in 4K yet, but I will be buying a 4K player soon and I hope its worth the upgrade.

Bought the regular Blu-Ray and surround sound didn't work. I needed something to push me to buy the 4K player as it was and that did it. Surround sound on the 4K is awesome.

I've enjoyed the previous two and personally I think they keep getting better! Great visuals, funny and lots of action with a beautiful steelbook packaging to seal the deal!

Not the best of the rebooted Star Trek franchise, but a fun experience none-the-less. As the third film in the series, emphasis is placed on character interactions and the beginning of personal relationships. In that aspect, it succeeds.

I loved this 3rd movie in the franchise reboot. Great story line and visual effects are stunning. Excellent in depth character development. Must watch for any Star Trek fan.

Good Star Trek Beyond movie. I have all the Star Trek movies in my library, but still think the original cast was by far, the best. To bad we all get old and have to pass the baton to younger people. But, that is what life is all about.

Follows the formula established by earlier dvd in series: Into Darkness, but not done as well. *** minor spoilers. **** Opens with chase scene, run into powerful villain, ship is destroyed, end with hand to hand between Kirk and bad guy.

This movie is Outstanding! I relished in the number of surprises that were ever present in this movie. There were no dull or unconnected scenes. Best Star Trek Movie, ever.

This is another great in the Star Trek Series. Each time a Star Trek film is released, it seems that they get better and better. You won't be disappointed with this choice.

Even with J. J. Abrams being on a different movie and not working on this installment, I felt like it stayed the course and came out great. Good story, visuals, and action.

This third installment in the reboot of the "original" Star Trek does not disappoint. The story is fun, the interactions between characters is fun, and the effects are fun.
