I've been a Star Trek fan all my life. Began watching before TNG and even read the comic books back then. The new reboot was very good and the sequal was good too but this third entry left me a little disappointed. A lot of this one just does not add up. I know that when you are talking about Sci-Fi or Fantasy you can't expect too much reality but come on! there is a limit to how much BS you can ignore. This one had a bit too much BS for me to really "like it". I would recommend if you just want to see cool effects and action but if you want a memorable story that "could" happen, this ain't it.

Be forewarned I am a Star Trek fanboy so its hard for me to not like any of the movies, including the last few for the original movie series. I like this movie and would definitely recommend it to all Trekkies!

Movies look amazing! You will not be disappointed. Big improvement over the previous blu-ray release.

My son is a Star Trek buff, so I bought this for him. I'm not into this type of movie, but he said it was a great movie and would highly recommend it.

Saw it in the theaters and thought it was decent. Saw it a second and thought very good. Not as good as the second movie, but still very good.

This was our first 3 D movie purchase after upgrading our media room. What a great first one we chose! Killer color, graphics and loved the story.

Star trek beyond is a huge achievement on its own. 4k only cements that even more. Perfect picture and a beautiful Dolby Atmos soundtrack. A must own!

I really like the new cast. I think they work well together. I am happy to see Stat Trek reaching out to the next generation. Hope they love it too!

I purchased Star Trek Beyond as a gift for my son. He was very pleased with the film and the quality on the disk when it played. No problems at all.

Great fun action packed Star Trek movie with a great cast. Sarcastic and fun like the old original movies.

As far of the new ones this is the best and one of the best Trek movies period. Has a little bit of everything and has the old school Trek feel to it.

Loved the movie in the theater so I had to add this movie to my complete Star Trek movie collection. Who says 3D is disappearing?? Excellent transfer.

this movie continues on perfectly for the star trek world. highly recommend watching this especially if you enjoyed the first few newer installments

Best Buy did it again! The exclusive steelbook has a 60's vibe to it and is by far best packaging to have in your collection for those Star Trek fans.

Cool movie. Great for Black Friday. These movies use to be science fiction but now a good action movie with a science fiction theme. Not a bad movie.

Usually the third movie in the series is the worst of the 3, but not in this case. The story is all new and separate from the story lines of the other two. If you like the other ones, you'll like this one too.

Another great Star Trek film. Spectacular visual effects and plenty of action. If you are a fan then this is a must see. Can't wait for the next one.
