I love the "reboot" Star Trek series of films that feature the characters I know and love. It is fascinating to see them fresh out of the academy. The actors who portray the shows main characters have the mannerisms, etc down to an art. I thoroughly enjoyed this movie and recommend it.

I love all of the Star Trek movies, great actors, wonderful CG, nice stories. Particularly this one , it has the emotion elements of the real person shown in the movie. Good to own.

I'm a huge StarTrek fan. I've heard critiques slam this movie. I believe it is very good that this is in league with the original Movie series where the Enterprise was lost. They made it plausible.

Amazing that I grew up with Star Trek and am just as attached to the new cast as the old. I may have difficulty remembering the actual actors names but find I forget the originals as well ;( The attention and commitment to the details of the original while updating the feel is amazing and I will continue to follow the Starship Enterprise wherever it goes.

This is the third film with the newest cast of the Star Trek Movie Series and we now have all three. We've watched all of them multiple times and like them more each time we watch. There's a lot of action and humor and the plots are complicated and fun. We can't wait for more!

I enjoyed the updating of the characters and the choices for the new actors playing the Star Trek roles. The movies to me are much more exciting than the older fims, the fx give more believabilty to the different worlds and spacecrafts. If you like sci fi you’ll like this

I’ve followed Star Trek my whole life. I can’t stand how each reboot movie Spock has more emotions and Uhura can’t seem to keep her to her station on the bridge but every movie Spock pants after her and she’s off either chasing him or running around trying to be relevant. For the most part I liked the movie and can’t wait for the next one.

I am a big fan of star trek Ive seen the originals and gave the new trilogy by JJ Abrams a chance and really liked it. Out of the 3 this is by far my favorite. Their is non stop action, humor and the plot really brings everything together. Definitely recommend for you star trek fans.

Yes, I am a long time Star Trek fan . This is very good entertainment for those whom love a outer space action movie, with the new younger cast that makes up the crew of the Enterprise. I recommend this movie highly, you will watch more then just once, and tell your friends about it.

What can I say. I'm a Trekker. When I originally heard they were going to have a new cast playing the original characters I was against it. But they did a great job rewriting the new timeline. And this movie just continues the Star Trek legion with a great story and special effects.

Well I thought I will not like the movie but it turned out worth watching. I'm a fan of the series so I will always watch. You have to thank the TV actors who started this franchise. It's addictive. You movie makers proud of yourselves? It's not enough I pay for movie ticket I have to own Blue-Ray DVD too. It spells out B-R-O-K-E. I'll accept donations.

I was looking forward to seeing this movie for a long time. Would much rather watch at home. I was a little disappointed. not by much.. There was just a little too much action. If that's a bad thing? Anyway, I enjoyed it and had fun watching it with some popcorn and a friend..

I've liked all the reboots of the franchise with Chris Pine, and am disappointed that Anton Yelchin won't be in any more movies. I haven't looked at any of the extras yet, but I usually don't care that much about them, it's the movie itself that I'm interested in.

We are big Star Trek fans and are always excited but hesitant when new movies come out, especially prequels. This new series of movies have been great. The actors are top notch. You can tell they did their homework and portray the original characters very well. Worth watching!

It's definitely not the best movie I've ever seen, nor the best Star Trek. But it was a fun one in the series with a bit of humor to it that definitely kept the movie feeling light. It did have a bit of good action and thrills to it, but not really heavy or "edge of your seat" type of stuff. All in all, I enjoyed it, but not the best Star Trek.

This is great, they made this movie from a fresh perpective. We didn't have any of the "extra" characters (Khan, old Spock) from the old series in this movie, it was like a new episode. The only drawback is this is the second one to have massive urban destruction at the end.

I've really enjoyed all of the rebooted Star Trek films. This one has a bit of a different feel to it than the first two, which were directed by J.J. Abrams. However, Justin Lin managed to prove himself a worthy successor. If you want a lot of action, this movie has it!

I want to start out saying I have the previous 2 films on blu-ray and love them. I don't like this movie as well as the other 2, but it is still a great movie. The special effect are awesome. The best part about this purchase is that I got it for $8.99 on black friday!

Although I thought into darkness was one of the best Star Trek Movies this is runner up. When I saw the previews, I thought to myself, "Oh No - Not a Land Based Movie". Not at all. Lots of action, humor (as in the original television/movie series). I'd recommend it.

As I long time Star Trek fan, this purchase was a fore gone conclusion. We enjoyed the movie, surely will enjoy it time and again. I purchased the Blue Ray/DVD/Digital copy so we can enjoy it in our livingroom, on the desktop and our mobile devices. Best way to go!
