Good story line although it doesn't really have anything to do with the rest of the Star Trek story line. Great acting by all involved and the score and cinematography are awesome as always currently. You can't go wrong.

By now, who doesn't know what Star Trek is? This is the 3rd installment of the "new" Star Trek and in my opinion it's the best of the new ones. I won't give any spoilers, but some of the content we've seen before and not "oh my gosh", but still a fun outing with the starship Enterprise crew.

Diving into the mind of Captain Kirk as his crew is on his 5-year mission is compelling and watching them fight for the lives of the crew are another reason the Star Trek reboot franchise continues its winning streak.

I am so loving this remake of the classic ST franchise. Also was thrilled a 3D only version. Was not interested in the Amazon exclusive version. So sad that americans are not supporting 3D @ home.

If you're a Star Trek fan, you get this movie because... you're a Star Trek fan! Don't need anyone to convince you. Don't need to read critics appraisals to convince you or dissuade you. 'Cause... you're a Star Trek fan!

Star Trek beyond is full of action and a lot better than Star Trek into the Darkness. The CGI is this movie excellent. Love the way space looks like in this movie. A must see for star trek fans and fans new to star trek.

The new Star Trek movies are brilliantly cast and offer great visuals. I am really enjoying them and Beyond is no different. Hoping they continue to make entertaining and quality movies with these actors.

A must-have for any Star Trek fan. This new movie is the closest to classic Trek we've gotten in this new series. A really fun adventure that looks great on blu ray. The design of the steelbook packaging is gorgeous.

The only reason I purchased this version is for the 3D otherwise I would have purchased the 4K, the studios should package all 4K versions to include a 3D version as well regardless of it being only 24P.

This is one of my favorite Best Buy Steelbooks this past year! I am a huge collector of all things Steel and I had to get this one. The film is exceptional and this Steel really pays tribute to the early Star Trek days.

I thought Star Trek Beyond had an interesting plot and good character depth. There was an abundance of action for the thrill seekers as well. Definitely worth seeing if you are into the Trek series or Sci-Fi in general.

This movie plays out just like a premium episode of the classic tv show. Definitely catches the spirit of the original series more so than the previous two movies of this reboot combined. Recommended for any sci-fi fan.

The Star Trek movie series has some great stories, some good ones, and a few that are lacking. This is one of the better ones with an interesting plot, good character creations, and some really terrific special effects.

I enjoy Star Trek and have been loving these reboot of the Original series. This third movie felt almost like how the Original Series felt and was happy to see them focusing on more of the crew. Great purchase!

For someone like myself who's not a "Trekie" I really have enjoyed both new Star Trek movies. This particular film I found very interesting . Definitely worth a good several watches before you really see everything .

It’s got everything you expect from ST. JJ Abrams does a masterful job creating new room for the franchise to grow. Wait till you see the new/old USS Franklin.

I won't review the movie itself, but rather what's included here. Included are two discs, plus a digital HD copy (digital copy is NOT in 4K, it's only 1080p). Film transfer looks excellent, 4K version also looks excellent. Just be aware of what you're getting if you want a 4K digital edition.

I liked the first two movies. This one was a bit of a let down. While I like Idris Elba, I felt some of the story, particularly the climax, wasn't great. It's still entertaining though. Just don't expect a great movie.

High quality disc which played the first time and every time we have wanted to use it. Comes in standard blue, plastic case... (Is this the review you we looking for?) Overall, 4 stars for the movie. Great characters, but plot was more shallow than the first two reboot Star Trek movies...

This was a truly fun and exciting action film and great follow up to the 2009 reboot. I definitely enjoyed this more than "Into Darkness". Bones and Spock's time in the film together was a very high point of the film.
