The movie special effects were amazing, good clear vibrant colors. Nice artwork on steel book case, except for raised "bump" on top of case, all the cases at Best Buy were the same. ( manufacturing defect?)

Wonderful movie. Enjoyed it in the theatre and couldn't wait for Blu-ray release. Lots of action and drama. Great scenes with all the characters. All the drama and humor Star Trek has to offer in one film.

If you like Classic Trek these are thought provoking What Ifs. If you are looking for a great Science Fiction experience without the corruption of Science Fantasy, then this is your movie.

We have always enjoyed the Star Trek movies and own them all. Highly recommend this latest one for everyone. We watched it at the theatre and are now glad that we have added it to our home movie collection.

Abrams left but have no fear. The franchise is still in good hands. All the things you love about the reboot films are still there. Sadly this was Yelchin's last role but it's worth a watch in his memory.

THIS FILM IS NOT AS GREAT AS THE PREVIOUS 2 BUT IT IS STILL VERY GOOD . THE FAULTS LIES WITH A LACK OF STORY COMPARED WITH THE LAST 2 . THERE IS JUST TOO MUCH ACTION ,HOWEVER THE SPECIAL EFFECTS ARE WONDERFUL AS ARE CHRIS PINE AND THE ENTIRE CREW . SHOULD YOU BUY THIS YOU BET

I think this was a fun and original Star Trek flick! The last movie suffered because it borrowed from several movies from the past. This one felt new and I'm looking forward to future films in this series.

This movie is terrific!!! Great action, great characters and funny! Can't believe it is the third of this group of Star Trek movies because it rivals the first!! This dvd/blu ray is in a really cool case!!

This film is fantastic for anyone who is a Star Trek fan, sci-fi fan or those who just enjoy a great tale! Using music as a device in the film was a wonderful idea. Delighted to see where they go from here.

I bought this combo of 'STAR TREK BEYOND" in 3D, because I love 3D, and love the new Star Trek franchise. And was a reasonable price at BEST BUY, hence the word "BEST BUY". So go where man has gone before, live prosper with BUYING STAR TREK BEYOND. Good movie. Happy Holidays.

If your a Star Trek fan, IMO, then this will bring back the fun that was Star Trek. The quirkiness from past tv show and movies are all corporated into this fun filled movie! It was worth the price I paid.

This one is the best of the new series of Star Trek movies yet. It is totally new and not trying to rehash something from the old series. Being a fan of the original series, I liked it as an original idea.

I think you will enjoy this one too. The new JJ Abrams take on Star Trek has, IMHO, breathed new life into the franchise. As long as they keep making quality Star Trek movies, I will keep watching them!

I am a big fan of the Star Trek re-boot and this one doesn't disappoint. Some great new characters - 1 of whom I hope to see as a new regular - and a bit of a stretch at the end but that's part of the fun.

I love the JJ Abrams Star Trek movies, and this one is just like I remembered in the theater. What's better is I used a Bestbuy coupon to get this combo set for $10 and now I can watch it whenever I want.

Have to admit I wasn't an original Trekkie but I love the new ones and this one doesn't disappoint! Great story, tons of action, and all your favorite characters. Hardest part was seeing Anton Yelchin. :'(

Finally, a modern Star Trek movie that captures the spirit of the original series. The full ensemble all get their moments, the cast truly shines, and there is a sense of fun and adventure through it all.

This is the second best of the star trek trilogy. The first movie was the best. and into darkness was a distant third. Finally a movie that did not take place on earth. The new characters were quite good.

I am constantly amazed at How well cast this crew of the Enterprise is. Theses young guys have captured the essence of the characters and make you forget that you are not viewing the original cast. Bravo!
