The re-boot series of Star Trek films was a great idea, unlike some other re-boots have been, the cast being excellent from Captain Kirk to Spock. If you liked the other two you'll enjoy this one also.

I like all the Star Trek movies! This movie is no exception. It was action packed and had a great story line. I also liked how I could purchase the steel book for it which looked great and is very sturdy.

I like my movies to be entertaining and Star Trek Beyond met my expectations. The end of the movie cleaned up a little too easily but that's what you expect from the franchise. There were a lot of funny moments and I would recommend seeing the movie if you're a Trek fan.

Best so far love it the mix between comedy and action was great, only sad part last time we will see Pavel Andreievich Chekov, as played by Anton Yelchin so sad his lost such a young talented person.

Awesome movie, but i'd prefer to review the technical aspects as opposed to the movie itself (odds are you have already seen it). The 3D quality is amazing along with the Dolby Atmos soundtrack...get it!

Great movie. Not the best Star Trek movie I ever seen but we'll worth a look. Lots of action and the plot mostly works. A few silly stunts with a 80 year old motorcycle. But still like the movie overall.

More character development, inspiring science and technology, exciting action and adventure, and good storyline with a plot twist. Very enjoyable. Looking forward to more Star Trek movies and beyond...

The third entry of the rebooted franchise is the best. All the characters were fun and the costume designs, along with the make-ups, were fantastic. And now the Beastie Boys trailer spots make sense.

I found the pace of this Star Trek adventure to be a bit slow. It was made during the time of Leonard Nimoy's passing and the movie does honor him within the story. Viewing the Bonus Features beforehand adds much to the enjoyment and understanding of this movie. I think that Beyond would be appreciated more upon a second screening. Technically, the movie looked a bit soft, and the 3D did not improve the depth to any reference level. Recommended for Trekkies, but wait for a sale on this title.

The movie business can't go wrong making StarTrek movies. The new actors are really growing on me, especially Karl Urban's portrayal of Bones, he can't be more spot on and a credit to DeForest's legacy.

Since i might be sorta a Trekkie, I had to have this DVD in Blu Ray, and the best place to buy it is always Best Buy. They have the best selection and the best price. And, of course, the movie is great.

I loved this movie! Star Trek Into Darkness is still my favorite of this new Star Trek movie series but this one comes in second. There is enough action to make it enjoyable and the storyline is great.

I'm not a Star Trek fan. It's not that I dislike the franchise, but I would rather watch Star Wars. However, even given that, this is a good movie to watch. Most of the recent re-boots are.

I'm a fan of the rebooted franchise and think this movie, probably the closest in tone to the original series, was a great addition. Probably the weakest of the newest movies, but still very enjoyable.

This new Star Trek had the great dynamic between Kirk, Spock and Bones as usual. This movie has a solid story line and great visual effects especially in 3D. It is recommended for any fan of Star Trek.

I am a big fan of this cast! I was a little concerned about this film when I found our that JJ Abrams was not directing. I love JJ! This fit in perfectly in this star trek universe and it is totally enhanced by the 4k HDR experience. This is the way to see this movie!

As always a good movie with good story lines. The saga continues of meaningful action, important mission, defending the Galaxy of keeping peace. Helping of keeping peace for all worlds to have harmony.

I think you either like Star Trek or you don't. This film wasn't received well critically, but I found it entertaining and loved the continued story of the characters from previous two "reboot" films

Excellent movie!!!!! I always like Star Trek movies and series, and this is just awesome !!! I recommend it to everyone.

Each iteration of this franchise offers a new beginning to endless possibilities, however, I would prefer deeper character development. Their is so much opportunity to explore the backgrounds of so many individuals, so why not take a chance? Overall, a fun movie for all!
