Not my Star Trek

When I watched this series, it was not the canon Star Trek. This show should just be called "Discovery". J.J. changed the timeline to the Kelvin timeline, an alternate universe. So I watch as another show. The graphics are good, some of the acting is bad, but it did have a decent storyline with twists. Hopefully the second season will be better. If you are a diehard Star Trek fan,pick this up for collection.

Poor acting + social engineering meets Star Trek?
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really looked forward to this series, unfortunately special effects is the only aspect I can give this good marks on, acting is average to poor, characters and story-line appear to be more geared to social engineering the viewers then staying true to pure Star Trek science fiction stories and alien characters.
