Still not sure sure about the re-writing of the classic Trek ethos, but if anybody can do it, Abrahms can. If it gets the geeks all riled up, it must be good. Lots of action, lots of humor, great homage to the original series and Wrath of Khan. Two hours went by like a flash.

I enjoyed this film. It was visually stunning, with a fairly decent plot. It had a good mix of violence verses drama, with good sets and backgrounds. The animations were very well done, very realistic. I am attracted to the sci-fi genre, so this film fit well with my likes.

Always loved this series and this was a new take. How the characters I initially started out. Was a great movie.

Loved it! Chris Pine nails a young Jim and the entire cast does a fantastic job. The special effects, the soundtrack, and the directing just complete the package - Highly recommended!

Having watched all the original Star Trek movies and shows, I know how things happened in the alternate universe so I find it interesting how things unravel in the new Star Trek movies.

Great exciting adventure and you can easily see their older selves in these actors. It is very believable that they will become the Kirk and Spock we know. Very well done.

I loved this movie! The blu ray was incredible! I like the first movie a bit more but I was totally taken in by this one. the re-imagining of the original concept was so well done.

These movie reboots are a great addition to the Star Trek franchise. The Enterprise crew work well on the screen and Cumberbatch makes a different but, great Khan.

The second of the new Star Trek "re-boot" is an impressive move with a great story and lots of action. The Blue-Ray DVD combo is great and the Best Buy price could not be beat!

I respected and appreciated the ties in this movie had to the elements that make Star Trek great - strong story line, deep connection to the characters and a philosophical element. But to me...the best part of this movie was Benedict Cumberbatch.

I enjoyed both of the new Star Trek movies. The continuation from the prior movie was easy to follow. The cast was great and selected with a knack for comparing them to original cast.

Loved it from start to finish. Great action sequences. As a Trekkie since my teens I really enjoyed the homages to earlier films especially Wrath of Khan. Definitely a top shelf movie!

I love this movie, thanks to Star Trek and it's originality, movies can be made like this one, with action and super fx! I think Dr. Spock in this movie looks exactly like the original Dr. Spock! Super great! Makes you feel like you are watching the original Star Trek!

Best looking I've seen Star Trek to date, 4k picture with HDR is outstanding. Recommend.

I enjoyed this movie but not as much as the first new Star Trek. THe acting was great and Bendict Cumberbatch as Kahn was very good. The action sequences were very good and the nods to the older Star Trek movies were very nice. Overall a good movie.

Just recently bought a 4K blu-ray player and am starting to build up my collection. This is one of the better 4K discs out. The IMAX sequences look stunning in HDR.

This iteration of the Star Trek franchise is excellent. Great special effects. Great story. Great respect shown to the original

A super Star trek movie with lots of action and an excellent re-adaptation of the Khan story from the original TV series and the Khan Start Trek movie sequel.

I have really enjoyed the Star Trek remakes. This story about Khan is a lot different than the original, but it is still a great story. Looks incredible in 4k!

Great movie to test out your 4K System. I love that it has Dolby Atmos sound output. Sounds wicked with my Atmos Soundbar system! Highly recommend to buy!
