The movie was excellent (arguably better than the last Star Trek movie) and of course, looks and sounds wonderful on blu-ray. While the film is very entertaining and the Quality of the High Definition has been given high remarks, It seems that Paramount has broken up the bonus content between specific retailers, and left it off of the general release altogether. I wish they would not have done this.

For some reason this movie got hit with some bad reviews. I am a big Star Trek fan and love the reboot from JJ Abrams. This one did not disappoint although if the rumors were true , Benicio del Toro as Khan... Wow. However the movie was action packed with great relationship interactions between the characters. Loved it

This movie is like a reboot of the 1982 film Star Trek II: Wrath of Kahn. I think this one is better with all the new computer generated special effects and great new breed of actors like Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, and Benedict Cumberbatch as Kahn.

Great action packed movie. Typical kind of Star Trek action and humor. Great third part to this series. Great cast of characters. & No it's not the original but don't be a hater, give this movie series a try because their pretty good on their own.

One of the rare franchise movie sequels that's almost as good as the first film. Into Darkness has plenty of twists with action and humour throughout. The Blu Ray version of the film is sharp, colorful and sounds great. Well worth the money if you are a Trek fan or wondering if you want to upgrade from the DVD version

I love this movie. In my opinion, it's the best Star Trek movie I've seen (I've watch them all). There's a lot of action and I love the twists in the film. I don't want to reveal any spoilers, so I'm just going to say the only thing I didn't like was the reversal of Kirk and Spock near the end of the movie. If you've seen it, you know what I mean.

Once again this new film in the Star Trek series captures the essence of the original series but with greater special effects and strong characterization. The ageless tale of Khan is once again brought to life but with more consequences and action. Even if you not a Star Trek fan this action thriller will keep you on the edge of your seat.

Even if you did not grow up watching Star Trek you will and should fall in love with this movie and the last one to this recent saga. The characters are well known in the movie world and the story and action is awesome. Just great movies. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to watch just a great movie that will keep you in it until the end.

I am not a "Trekkie" by any means. In fact, I have never watched a Star Trek movie until the new set of movies came out. The two films are two of my favorite movies of all time. This movie has it all, it has action, comedy, suspense, drama, love, and is inspiring. I would recommend it to anyone. Gotta love the dynamic between Kirk and Spock.

I never was a die hard fan of the Star Trek series but seeing this movie back in 2013 and after the 2009 Star Trek reboot and JJ Abrams being announced as the director of Star Wars 7, This was a must see movie. The 4K version is a very good transfer, I use my Xbox One S to view the movie on a Samsung UN65KS8000 and the color contrast is very good to the naked I and I will say and JJ Abrams signature light flairs are brighter than ever.

I am a Star Trek fan. This is a very good second film to the new franchise. It combines a couple of different storylines in one movie. The change if time, as shown in the first movie, makes this a much more interesting scenario. The actors who portray the iconic characters are excellent and very compatible. Special effects were good.

As a fan of the original Star Trek series, as well as the subsequent movies containing original cast members, I absolutely love the treatment given the characters in these Star Trek reboots. 4k resolution with HDR and Dolby Atmos sound make for terrific home theater experience!

I truly enjoy the Star Trek reboot and the ability to move forward in it's own space time continuum. ;-) Some fans of the series look at the plot of this 2nd film and say, "really, you couldn't be more original?" But I am okay with the direction, the alterations and spin put on the Khan character and approach. Sit back, pay attention, and enjoy the growth of the series. :-)

Will what to say its a blu ray and if you have a HDTV regardless of the type or model, When its time to watch a movie am grabbing a blu ray the picture quality is wonderful and you can hear the difference on surround sound love the movie highly recommended grab some popcorn turn it up and you'll love it!!!

This is a redo of the original series with a twist and the twist being Cumberbatch playing a good guy for half the movie rather than him out to destroy him like the first series, only to use Kirk to free his crew, not bad for a spin-off of the original series. I thought it was decent for the era they are trying to carry on Rodenberry's Legacy to the next generation without squatting all over it like other movies

This movie looks great in 4K HDR, the effects and colors all deliver. Its not as stunning as Pacific Rim but not many movies are, I think it looks better than Deadpool does however and thats not a slight to Deadpool. I would recommend this movie as a 4K showcase if you have the setup for it.

This movie is a fun ride from start to finish. It doesn't have all the origin stuff like the first JJ Abrams Trek movie, so can get right into the action. It's Wrath of Khan re-imagined, with plenty of things twisted and flipped from the 1982 classic. Every crewmember is brought forward and given a role to service the story.

This is the second film of the new series remake, and it lives up to the best reputation of the franchise. Love the new characters, and the casting is wonderful. Please hurry with the next one. I'm hooked. Live long, and prosper.

Like the first Star Trek movie of the current franchise, this movie contains plenty of characters and situations from the original Star Trek universe - but played up in a completely new way. Lots of possibilities for more movies. I just hope they don't ruin it by trying to re-integrate the two universes/timelines.

New mythos that satisfies everyone. I am always happy to see more Star Trek, but when the Borg invaded the big screen I had lots of questions to answer for the viewers around me. No such issues with the new films. Some viewers decided to watch all early Trek for curiosity's sake, but not from confusion.
