Captain Kirk during the original TV show, before the movies, was a confident leader who commanded respect and obedience from his crew. In this movie, Chris Pine's Kirk wasn't anything like that version of Kirk. He was unsure of himself and that rubs off on his crew who question every order he gave out. Also, **SPOILER** If the enterprise found the botany bay while on its 5 year exploration of unknown space, then how if they didn't go on that journey did Starfleet find Khan? Doesn't add up. Story I feel was very weak. Good scifi movie, but bad star trek movie.

I grew up with the original series and I'm happy with the alternate reality to keep this one stand alone! Got to Love Star Trek!

I really wish Best Buy would get their genres straight. Star Trek is NOT and will NEVER be classified as horror! It's SCIENCE FICTION!!!

Following on the success of the previous Star Trek reboot, this movie is high action, high special effects and a blast to watch. Maybe not as fine tuned as it's predecessor, but still well worth it.

A wonderful story line and a non-stop "can you guess it" plot, but it does meander along in the middle, when you wish the director could have scripted the story tighter. But recommended buy.

This will have you glued to the screen. Star Trek does it again with great acting and plot. DO NOT miss out on this movie.

I would recommend anyone who is a huge fan of Star Trek or even who likes to collect anything Star Trek!

This is an awesome movie. I especially how they twist it up a bit and kill off Kirk initially only to bring him back.

A terrific movie and thoroughly enjoyable experience. A delight for Star Trek fans. But does require familiarity with previous story lines for best experience, especially the Wrath of Kahn.

I loved the 2009 Star Trek reboot. This second film is even better. The blu-ray is outstanding. Love it.

I enjoyed this movie more than I did the first Star Trek in this series. I think Abrams did a great job with this movies, although he could have used less lense flares.

The 4k is amazing with the IMAX footage included, the sound is incredible.
