Was able to get this blue ray on sale at the store for a great price. Really awesome movie. can be totally stand alone for any non-trekies.

Did not know anything before watching this movie and loved that I was surprised by the story line. Kudos to the writers for tying it into the series and previous movie

This release of this movie is a hundred times better then the original bluray release. This release includes the IMAX scenes in 4K HDR. Which is amazing!!

I initially saw this in the theater to take advantage of the big screen format. I purchased a 4K tv and had to see if it looked as good. It's even better.

Great price and great addition to the Star Trek collection. Having the digital version as well is great as we now don't have to get up to watch the movie.

Watched this when it first came out and thought it was good. Had the chance to buy it with the release of the third movie, was just as good as I remember.

4k really brings this movie to life. The vivid cinematography I remembered from watching before was even clearer and more life like as I expected.

Funny story... the price was so good that I picked this up. When I got home I realized I already had it... Keep up the great pricing on blurays!

This was such an intense movie, but seeing it now in 4K just blows it out of the water. What else is there to say other than buy this movie again in 4K!

It may be described as Wrath of Khan all over again, but J.J. Abrams' interpretation of the story and vision made for a wildly exciting and extremely entertaining movie.

I actually like the movie. Not everyone does, but as long you except for itself I think it is a fun movie. 4k and HDR make some scenes even better.

Not sure how I feel about the entire Star Trek reboot. So everything we grew up with is now irreverent in the new Star Trek universe? Interesting play on the whole Khan story, and not a bad film. Will have to wait and see what happens next.

I was surprised with the outcome of this movie and i truly believe that the high expextations were conquered with the overall performance by the characters in this movie.

As usual if you are a fan of star trek, you will find this is must have in your collection. Agin for the best picture quality a 4k disk can have.

Great flick...extends the alternate reality of the Star Trek franchise. Nothing not to like. I don't buy a movie based on "extras" so they aren't a selling point for me.

Though it can never beat the original Star Trek crew film movies the Kelvin Timeline films can stand on their own without being official canon to the Star Trek universe. But unlike the Star Trek we all know from the original crew and later TV series this take on Trek is dumbed down from the scientific jargon you make be expecting to hear to just put people in the theater seats to watch. All in all it is a great action film and so so plot.

We enjoyed watching this movie. It has great special affects mixed with great action and good acting. I think they did a good job making this movie.

great movie, great remakes of the classic series. more of a star wars fan myself, but found myself glued to my seat for this new space of exploration.

I used to watch the old Star Trek show and some of the movies but didn't remember much of them and I loved this movie. It is great how they tie in the old with the new.

The movie was one of the better Star Trek movies. The character were explored more deeply in this movie.
