Great Gift!

He loves playing with the walkie talkies with his younger brother and loves singing with the boom box Mic. Hes been walking around the house making believe hes Darth Vader with the Voice Changer. Great Value!

Walkie Talkie is all static. Boombox is a toy

The "voice-changing" is more like adding echo to your voice. You can add breathing sound or lightsaber sound effect. Using it as karaoke is like poor sound + heavy echo voice. Walkie Talkie is much worse. Static is most I can hear. Range is like a few feet, you can hear the actual talk better than what come out from the speaker. The last warning: each walkie talkie uses 3x LR44 batteries, that's not cheap, not easy to find and don't last long.
