FAST shipping BUT...

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Arrived days ahead of time (hence the 2 stars) and no dents in the steel book (this time) BUT the disc was loose inside. No noticeable damage, fingers crossed! I just wish Best Buy would get on the level of Zavi and FYE. They ship their movies in boxes made to fit snug around the case that are made for shipping steelbooks & made with REAL cardboard, keeping the movies protected from shipping “jostling”. Instead they save a buck and ship it in a tag board envelope where the movie is easily damaged. I get them shipped from Zavi in the UK all the time and they arrive PERFECT. For someone who pays for exclusive steel book rights you would think they’d be more in tune with the customers need for keeping these in mint shape so they remain collectible. Seems so simple its stupid right? Love the store, just wanted to get that out there. I know other steel book collectors must feel the same. Hopefully Best Buy reads these reviews and can make a change! In the meantime, I’ll keep doing store pick up when possible for sure, and keep my fingers crossed for the future!
