Excellent movie to watch in 4k uhd highly recommend

You can probably tell that I’m another Star Wars nut. Even so, this is probably my favorite movie. I’ve definitely watch this More than any other Star Wars film. I’ve actually purchased this movie seven times before this one. There will never be another movie like this

One of the greatest movies of all time finally in 4k

Hubby and I decided to gift his brother with the saga for Christmas. We originally planned on getting him the box set, but were very disappointed with the look of the box set. We previously purchased the box set when it was first put together as a set and the quality and look/design of the casing was MUCH better. We bought all six of these individually and spent the same amount if we had bought the box set.

I've been looking to pick-up the entire series on Blu-ray for some time and what better way than this Steelbook with arguably the most recognizable facet of the franchise (outside of Vader) dominating the cover? If you know the franchise, you already know the film is phenomenal. ESB has to be one of the top 5 movies of all-time. The Steelbook cases just makes it that much better.

It's funny how movies are not really as great as we remember them. I finally got this on Blue ray. It was so so. As far as the actual disk, that was great. The video was beautiful, the movie a little to Muppet like for my tastes. I remember c3po being annoying in the original movie. Watching this I'm reminded just how much. My only real grip is the steel cage packaging. When you see it there appears to be a nice printed packaging, but it turns out its just a little sleeve type thing that isn't part of the box. You basically get just the steel case. I would have preferred if they at least had a wrap around packaging that you could actually keep. Its not a big deal, but people buy these movies so they can keep them so having something that looks nice is a plus. Still a good blueray though.

Love this in 4k.... Great picture and sound, but really would like the 1980 theatrical release

This movie is classic and amazing. The steel books could be much better quality coming from a Star Wars classic, but lack that premium quality. Many of the steel books were Thin tin being flimsy. It clicked in like a twist off bottle cap.. Quality steelbooks are thicker and do not do that. Check out WB steelbooks. They are superior quality steelbooks. The art work on the front needed to be better as well. Tha back is nice like the movie poster art, but the front should have an iconic scene.. Steelbooks display art very well and when making a steelbook it should have eye popping art work on it like the glowing lightsaber from Vader.. The front cover could had been much better... Whoever thought of these front covers for a steelbook should be fired... No creativity at all!

Wasn't much of an empire without being told every scene .. was leaning to the dark side after first 20 mentions of the Empire... Will Luke find his destiny or will destiny find him.. will princess Leia find true love? Will she fight the dark side or complain? Watch and see...
