I have the 4K player and I love how the movie turned out

The best video and audio ever from any previous formats.

Each of the films in the Star Wars Steelbooks collection has SOME special features, just not ALL special features. You do not get any additional footage beyond the main film on each disc, but you DO get commentary. Commentary includes words with George Lucas and the film crew on one track – and on another track, an awesome collected mash-up of audio commentary from archival interviews with the cast and crew.

4K quality is good. If your a fan definitely worth it.

I just started into the 4k just bought my first tv and 4k player I was a little disappointed in the transfer I don't think it is as good as it could have the dolby atmos sound was ok but I've heard better on other movies also the standard blueway that comes with the set does not have dolby atmos like the other ones I have bought I just think that some scenes like in the woods didn't really stand out and maybe we're a little to dark but still a good movie I've seen reviews on YouTube that the empire strikes back was better but I'll wait till price drops i do still recommend this but wait till price drops

Finally nice to get all the Star Wars Films on 4K.

Not my favorite from the original trilogy but I love it nonetheless. Ep.3 & 4 look a bit better in 4K but $14.99 was a steal for the upgraded version.

Hubby and I decided to gift his brother with the saga for Christmas. We originally planned on getting him the box set, but were very disappointed with the look of the box set. We previously purchased the box set when it was first put together as a set and the quality and look/design of the casing was MUCH better. We bought all six of these individually and spent the same amount if we had bought the box set.

Looks amazing. 4k really gave this movie a nice treatment. HDR also helps so much to improve the washed out colors from the blu ray version.

A nice upgrade on the audio front. Video front is lacking. Really need a 4K scan of the original camera negative with no VFX monkeying around, please.

Must get as part of your SW collection. All in all, this has always been my personal favorite Star Wars movie. This version of the Return of the Jedi has plenty of the features and what not. My only complaint, and it's not a small complaint, is that the movie has been altered too much from the original version. If you want to see the Ewok's singing the yub nub song on Endar celebrating the big triumph, too bad. Instead you get revisionist scenes of celebrations on planets throughout the galaxy that didn't exist in the Star Wars movies until the first three episodes were made. Other changes have been well documented, you don't need to read them from me. But other than that, this is still way better than watching Return of the Jedi on the old VHS machine we had when I was a kid.

The movie was good. However, I have one word "Ewoks". Why George, why? If Wookies, most likely could have been with Empire as a classic.

I've been looking to pick-up the entire series on Blu-ray for some time and what better way than this Steelbook with Darth Sidious dominating the cover? The only thing that could've possibly made it better would be either Boba Fett or Prisoner Leia on the cover instead, but I digress. However, if you know the franchise, you already know the film is phenomenal.

Before you buy this just know that IT IS NOT THE THEATRICAL EDIT. It includes the changes made by George Lucas. However, the packaging is very well done and colorful, and watching this on Blu-Ray was immaculate. I highly recommend buying this.

The artwork on the steelbook is absolutely stunning! I already had all of the movies on DVD but figured that once the steelbooks came out I would upgrade to the Blu-Ray and I wasn't disappointed! If you want all of the additional bonus features then you should probably go for the Anthology box set, but if you're going for appearance all of the steelbooks are very nice!
