Favorite star wars

My only gripe is that it plays George Lucas special edition extra footage that's really cheesy sometimes. Blu-ray really highlights the primitive effects. Still great if you want to revisit your childhood

The soundtrack is the stand out feature, but the video quality definitely suffers from too much manipulation.

Blurry back cover

The back is kind of blurry and not as crisp of a poster shot as hoped. Price is ok if you have not already purchased Star Wars on blu ray. I paid $14.99 each.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I thought I’d give the Special Editions a shot, solely based on the fact that they’re 4k Ultra HD, but no, they’re still not worth it. Hearing Vader yelling “NNNOOOOOO!!!” when he threw Palpatine over the railing was abysmally bad, and that’s just one example. Stick to the Despecialized Editions. They may not look as good as Ultra 4k HD, but neither are they an assault on your senses or your sensibilities.
