Nice item but poor packaging! The item is just thrown in the box

Best Buy is terrible with their shipping practices. Especially right now when most of their stores are still closed and shipping department should be on top of their game as the only thing going on for them right now. Why would you even call somwthing "collectible" on your website when obviously you dont care in what condition will get to your customer. I had figures shipped to me where 3 out of 6 where ripped apart. 3 figures and accessories were just laying loose in huge box. 2 figure in boxes which were completly crushed and looked like somebody was bored at warehouse and played soccer with them. I asked for credit or return since they are longer in stock.. Paid 89 and they gave me 3.75 credit. What a joke..lt is a return for sure. Note to myself. When you want a collectible figure from Best Buy order 50 and hopefully 1 will be in ok condition.

Nimble like a stick bug, this guy is hard to pose.

Articulation is to be desired. Needs for the collection.

Does not stand up very well. Needs better leg joints.

Shipped in an unpadded envelope and the toy box was crushed, bending the toy itself. Very disappointing.

Pretty much IG-88 just with a bandolier! Only in Mandolarian for 1 scene. Seems like a cash grab to me

The figure was purchased to display in box with the other Mandolorian figures, but the box has a ridiculous amount of wear and tear. It was also packed in a bubble mailer, which did not help the situation. Definitely would've returned it under normal circumstances.

Unfortunately this highly sort after product was returned after it was shipped in a poor state and all the figures i order had their packaging destroyed. Return process was easy store honoured return policy but still dont have the figures i wanted any more

Now I have to return it which will cost me time and money

The first time they sent a Luke Skywalker (Yavin Ceremony), with the audacity to put a IG-11 ship-to-home sticker on it. The second time they sent a Jyn Urso, covered in disgusting stains. Either they have someone at the shipping warehouse that thinks that all Star Wars Black Series figures are the same, or they have someone who is intentionally doing this to get rid of the figures they have trouble selling.

Why they would ship a collectible inside a loose bag is beyond me. It arrived crushed.

They’ll send you a crushed box in an envelope. Exchange process is a nightmare. Overall bad experience. First and last order
