good toy. terrible shipping. I ordered 2 and you just threw them in a box and didn't even put in some sort of protection. But thanks for adding that spam junk mail about mail ordered food or some useless junk

Item was horribly packaged arrived crushed. I paid 40 bucks plus shipping to get a crushed action figure collectible was not a great experience.

Great figure, but I ordered for pickup and the card was beat to hell and back.

the review is mainly about the packaging for this item... as a collector i am picky about how items are packaged ... because of covid 19 i am avoiding going to the store ... so when i ordered it i thought the item and the box would be the same size but no.... the item was shoved into a smaller box damaging the card .... the toy itself is awesome but whoever packaged it

Card had a crease down entire length...poor handling procedures

Both carded figures outer package received in poor condition with bent edges and tears on package card. Shipping box was too small for items. Due to it being a limited run didn't send back for fear it would not be in stock.

Had to return. The card was bent and ripped in several spots. Plus they put a big shipping sticker on it. You can't get this fig with the card in good condition from Best Buy shipping.

They were shipped with no bubble wrap or protection resulting in coming badly damaged. I returned them because I works hope they would be packaged better especially for price and being collectible.

Great figure. Terrible packaging. Was shipped in a mailer bag, no padding, and the card back came bent. Best Buy needs to step up their shipping game.

Best buy shipping department needs to be retrained, They're extremely careless preparing items for shipping or they just don't care about their customers.

Damaged! Best Buy sent this carded action figure in an envelope and it came folded and smashed. This is the worst condition I’ve ever ordered from any retailer. 0/10 would not recommend .

As big fans of the Black Series line, we highly recommend this figure. The detail is great, and let's face it. This is one of the coolest characters in the franchise. Great addition to the Black Series figures.
