The product itself is good, but the fact that you can't choose what color you want is disappointing.

When I ordered this, I was confused because you could not pick which lightsaber you wanted. I really wanted luke's so I called customer service, but they could not figure it out. I bought it anyway and I got extremely lucky and got luke's saber. It seems that what you get is random, and you can not choose. Overall, the lightsaber is amazing,but they really should fix this problem.

Before purchasing this item I emailed Best Buy wondering what color I would get since it states blue/red, but the pictures shoes blue/red/green. After 2 days they emailed me back saying there isn't a way to know which would be shipping if I purchased this item. I tested my luck and bought it any way. I am happy with the result since I wanted red or blue and received a blue lightsaber in the mail. The packaging was great. No damage to the container or product. When I opened the packaging I immediately got batteries and turned it on. I am very happy with my purchase and am looking to buy another lightsaber in the future. Again: if you buy this product the color you receive is at random. I emailed them multiple times with them saying they don't know which I would receive. I only gave this review 4 stars because in one of the emails the service provider had no idea about the product and told me the lightsaber might change colors.

I ordered this light saber, and it states blue/red in color. Called customer service and they said it could be either one. My son would be happy with either, so I ordered the lightsaber. It came two days ago - it's a green Yoda one! Not blue, not red. No where in the order does it even mention this as a possibility. Very disappointed. It looks pretty amazing though, if I'm honest. Just not what I wanted.
