Quality: 3/5 Gettin real annoying at this point with Black Series. Best Buy was nice enough to replace mine no questions asked but the replacement was a dud also. Both had a seriously loose left leg joint (ball socket in the hip). Clearly a QC issue. Speaking of QC issues, there's an ugly seam running along his inner thighs. While his left leg is awful-loose, other joints are unbearably tight -- do yourself a favor and warm him in a bath of warm/hot water (not boiling) to take the stiffness out of those tighter joints. Value: 3/5 At $25, yes, the figure isn't going to break your bank but we should be able to expect a figure that doesn't have blatantly aggravating QC issues, as mentioned above. The sculpt is quite nice and the materials feel nice, otherwise. Ease of Use 4/5 Yeah you can put him in some nice Qui-Gon'ish poses but the serious detractor here is his wobbly leg. A clear weak point that makes posing him more annoying than it needs to be. Overall: 3.3/5 Not Black Series' best work and this isn't their first figure with floppy joints. Needs to be addressed. The $25 price point is the figure's saving grace, if this thing was more expensive, my review would have been quite a bit harsher.

Cool figure of a classic character, just wish black series would do more

Great figure, though I wish he came with a Jedi robe or the force wielding hand he came with in his previous release, also wish they updated the body but I understand why they haven’t. The package was really scratched up, I’m glad this isn’t one I was planning on keeping in the packaging. The face sculpt Is fantastic!

The item itself is 5/5 however the people that work the order pickup handle the item so poorly like it’s not a collectible. Not too mention putting an sticker on the item for order pick up that can potentially ruin the item packaging. It really doesn’t hurt to put the item in a bag with the order sticker attached to the bag, problem would be solved.

Overall good figure but the way it was packed was pretty bad the box it came in was broken an then box holding the figure was pretty bent luckily I open my figures

The figure was great but the store pick up was horrible. The Item was shipped without any box and the packaging was damaged. Not good for a collectable item.

Disappointed that there are barely any dvd or blu-rays any more. The section that used to huge with multiple aisles are reduced now to one. Very sad.

Ordered 2 of these and both came somehow damaged, so being an in-box collector was really a bummer! Face looks great tho...

Must have for Star Wars collectors, especially those that collect Star Wars 6” Black Series.
