Poor packaging/handling

Nothing wrong with the helmet... except BestBuy does not know how to take care of their products.. Went to pick up in store which was the only option and the box was in poor shape. To add insult to injury all employees at the local branch confirmed any items received for pickup in store is poorly packaged and beat up.. So the option on getting a new one is out the window.
