I bought this DVD set as a gift for my daughter's boyfriend. He's a huge Star Wars fan and I know this will make an excellent gift.

Had to get this! Have them on DVD but really looked forward to having them on blu-ray! Got a great deal for them too on May the 4th day!

I haven't seen the original movies before new effects but this version is fine for us. Although one of my disc does skip a little.

If you like Star Wars and don't care about the newer versions, then this set is for you. If you are purest, then you will want to keep searching.

All 6 star war movies are great to watch. I got this at a great price of $ 54 during December when they had the door buster deal.

i love how this pack comes with the new and old star wars movie, its great for collectors and for anyone who wants the whole set of star wars movies!

This is a must get for a Star Wars fan. We had the vhs tapes for the first three that came out but seeing it on Blu-ray is so much better.

With the notable exception of a certain long-eared imbecile (unless you subscribe to the JJ is Sith theory) the entire series is great.

This is a great collection for those who want every chapter of the Star Wars saga in HD. Unfortunately the additions made to the Original Trilogy are borderline laughable, but looking past that it is great to revisit them in a resolution that fits my TV. Tons of special features and a box that looks good in my collection. Would recommend.

I love Star Wars, and having all 6 in one set, and on blu-ray made this an awesome buy. A little pricey, but better than buying them all separate.

Bought this blu ray set for my husband for Christmas, & he absolutely loved it! The hardest decision to make was which order to watch them in. :)

Finally, the whole Star Wars saga comes to blu ray. whether you're new to the series or you're a die hard fan, this is a must for "Force" enthusiast.

After watching the new movie, wanted to see the original series on Blu-Ray. While the movies were great, and the bonus content was awesome, only gave 4 stars because of the edited clips. Remember learning about these movies as a kid, but some of the added scenes were unnecessary. Great box set though, great video and sound as well.

It was great to watch all 6 episodes again before going to see the new one. The Best Buy price was fair and it made for a fun movie binge-a-thin.

I got it on sale, so I thought it was a good value. Movies are good quality of picture. Have not viewed the special content yet.

Original trilogy from when I was a kid. Prequel trilogy from when my kids were young. Classic movies for two generations look good in blu ray.

My dad is a life long Star Wars fan and has a few of the movies - on Video. I picked up this whole set on Blue Ray for his birthday and he loved it!

Must have if your a fan of the stars wars franchise. The first six movies in blue ray hd. Way better quality than DVD.

Some of the CG animation is nearly B movie quality, but i find it entertaining. These are classic movies that i love having in my movie collection.
