This is the first Blu Ray I've ever purchased, and I'm not disappointed. This movie is a beautiful spectacle with pretty non stop action leaving you thirsty for the next adventure. Has plenty of bonus footage too.

There has been an awakening! Star Wars returns and it returns to redeem itself from the prequels. I like the prequels but this reminds me more of the original trilogy with today's touch. Great beginning to a new trilogy.

Didn't see this film when it was at the theater so, therefore, made it a point to purchase when available. Watched the entire saga on DVD prior to purchasing and viewing this excellent film which is now in my collection.

I watched this in the theater and it had me instantly craving episode 8. I have every steel book and couldn't miss out on buying this one too. Already watched it with the fam and rocked the house with our klipsch system!

Great to see the old characters again, feel this movie is more of a set up for the next one, but the combination of nostalgia from the original series, action and effects, plus continuing the legacy keeps me interested and looking forward to the future. Saw the original as a kid. Tough to see the original cast old now, but so am I... Would have given 5 stars, but seems to be a bit of a remake of episode IV.

Bought this for my son as a replacement for the first one that was lost. It has a nice case and, of course, the movie is his favorite. It was on sale at a great price so everyone is very happy with this purchase.

This is a great movie! This is now my 2nd favorite of the Star Wars movies, with Episode III being my personal Fav. It picked right up where VI left off and is building a great story line for the future of the franchise.

It's always nice to see Star Wars for space battles, one of my favorite parts and this movie did a good job I felt, that along with being 3d was awesome. Story was alright, felt alittle rushed but still enjoyable.

The battles are dope. I wanted to see This in theaters but I missed it. I'm glad that they released this on 3-D but mad they didn't do it on the original release

Bought this because the steelbook i ordered came damaged, paid the difference and bought this in store. Looks great on the shelf and has a lot included! I would highly recommend this product for the Star Wars fan!

I had pre-ordered the first release and then this title came on sale a month later and had to pick up the steel case book version since it was offered for the same price as the normal version. The artwork looks amazing.

Love this movie. Great addition to Star Wars. Little disappointed it is not in 3D though. Would have been greta in 3D. But a great value while it is on sale right now.

Being a star wars fan I thought this movie was really good better then the prequels this is the new take on the classic great to see the Original cast and the new characters together was great

My only problem with SW right now is that years of reading "Canon" has been scrapped by Disney, so what once was lore (singed off by Lucas himself) is no longer, and now children of the core characters have similar traits and names but are CLEARLY not the same people. The movie however, was really good. Sure there are things you can pick apart but enjoy the film for what it is ... a good SW film.

Really liked this movie. Similar to "A New Hope" so I hope they don't do a reboot from the Empire Strikes Back or Return of the Jedi. Strong female character lead, & intro to new characters. Look forward to #VIII.

If you love space and wars, this movie might be for you. It has everything you can ask for; stars and wars. Watch it and you'll see what I mean. As someone once said, fly me to the moon and let me fight among the stars.

With both familiar and new characters, and a great story, this film was even better than anticipated. Every element was true to the saga, without the distractions in some of the Episodes 1 through 3. Great in every way.

Even though this was bought at by Disney they seemed to stay to the story theme as before. Good effects. Seemed a bit choppy in certain parts as to be expected with Star Wars movies. Great job on character selections.

This is a must own if you are a Star Wars friend. The picture quality is much better than the old version of the movie. I highly recommend to buy this set. I all the versions (Lacer disc, DVD and now the Blue Ray disc).

Totally love this movie. It has been a long time coming but worth the wait. The Steelbox version from bestbuy will keep my blu ray safe for years. Great steel case. Audio and picture quality on this movie is fantastic!!
