I've read that the 4K version of this Star Wars title was one of the best, and I believe it. Wonderful visual and audio quality with my Sony 4K and 5.1. Purchased on sale for $17, nice deal.

Clearly, the original trilogy was a masterpiece; and while many may not have been as enthused about the prequel trilogy, I still found merit and entertainment value in their stories. That said, this movie blows expectations out of the water. This will be a welcome addition to any Star Wars fan who might have felt pacing and story in the prequel trilogy movies were on the slow side. J.J. Abrams has continued his illustrious tradition of taking existing movie properties and revamping them to give them mass appeal. The story was fast-paced, the action was consistent, and it was a truly satisfying story for fans of the old and those new to the franchise. On Blu-ray, the picture quality is exceptional, and the special features are great. The highlights are the feature-length documentary chronicling the making of the film, deleted scenes, and the table read segment. Overall, this was a very good purchase and an absolute must have for fans.

The graphics are great. This is another great classic Star Wars movie.

Let me start by saying that I am a huge fan of the Star Wars franchise and did enjoy the prequels despite some of the story lines and mediocre acting in some parts. In my eyes it's just more Star Wars for me to consume and have in my life. In terms of Disney bringing us Star Wars I was very skeptical but kept an open mind going in to the theater. Boy was I wrong to doubt them because Force Awakens was great from beginning to end. It was a fun movie and really brought back that feeling I have whenever I watch episodes IV through VI. It felt like a Star Wars movie and the storyline kept me interested. Sure I could argue that they just took elements from all three movies of the classic trilogy and recycled them but I won't be a hater because I genuinely liked this film. I have seen it five times, listened to the audio book and read the hardback novel. That should tell you how much I was in to this film. Any fan of Scifi or of the Wars needs to see this flick!

The 3D is awesome , nothing better than a Star Wars movie in 3D. Very cool.
