The Force Awakens is a good addition to the Skywalker franchise full of action FX and a good story

I really thought this was one of the best new Star Wars films. Great nostalgia and new characters. Would have liked the originals to get more screen time. Happy to get all the Star Wars films in 4K. Has most of the extras and features we've seen before.

Now if you want the pop out of 3d in your face well you came to the right place. Now first off the movie was cool but the 3d wow. It makes you feel like a Jedi for a minute in the action that’s how the images pops out.

This exclusive Steel Book case looks amazing! On the front you have Kylo Ren with his red lightsaber and on the back you have Captain Phasma. It's shiny and it makes the lightsaber look so good under the light. Package includes Digital, DVD, Blu-ray and a bonus feature disk. If you loved the movie then this is the best version of the movie to get!

Great price couldn’t pass it up. I have all the others on 4K so I needed to finish my collection and this was well worth it! Already had seen the movie and loved it so I compass up such a great deal!!

Got a great deal at $8 for this steel book Blu-ray. A must have for any Star Wars fan

I had this in regular Blu-ray and this is the last one I needed for my 4K Star Wars collection. The HDR makes this movie pop and the audio is awesome. Most definitely a must have. Wish it had Dolby Vision but the HDR 10 works.

I haven’t watched The Force Awakens since it came out on Blu-ray (I don’t watch rebroadcasts). But after updating my 9.2 system with Atmos, some new speakers, and 4K I thought I’d take another look at the final trilogy. I was not disappointed. The detail and resolution, even during action sequences, was better than expected (had gone from 50”HD to 65”4K). And the soundtrack justified my other investments. Definitely an improvement when compared to the original Blu-ray. I’m looking forward to enjoying the final installments in much greater comfort at home when compared to a journey that started long ago in 1977 on a grainy screen not so far away.

Story was great and the movie was action packed. I thought the casting was very good.

Great Star Wars movie for anyone who enjoyed the star wars movies through the year..

My rule of thumb is that if a movie was not shot in 3D then I don't see it in 3D. The Force awakens was shot in 2D so that's how I saw it in the theaters and how I bought it on Blu-Ray. But when I started looking at some "best 3d of 2016" lists this came up several times. I checked the reviews on a couple of my go-to 3D review sites and decided to give this a try. From the opening crawl the 3D makes this feel like a different experience than watching any other Star Wars movie. I knew the fighter chase and battle scenes were going to be cool in 3D, but honestly it was the non-action scenes that really give this 3D version its punch. Any medium shot of BB-8 looks amazing, as does anything with a lot of z-axis space (almost everything on Jakku, the forest of Star Killer base, scenes in space). After my first viewing of the 3D version I sold my previously bought 2D Blu-Ray to a friend for $10 and kept this. This not not only a great movie to watch in 3D, it made me rethink my previous ideas about what to see in 3D.

The Star Wars: Force Awakens BluRay has awesome picture quality! Just like being there!

Like many people in my generation, I grew up with a world mad for Star Wars. I watched the movies over and over again, and I collected the toys, novels, and games. Then the prequel movies came along, seemingly bringing a new age of glory, but what they really brought the fans was a sobering period of confusion and, for some, disgust. Moving forward to 2015, when we were gifted with this amazing film. J.J. Abrams and his crew, helming the beginning of a new trilogy following the classic Return of the Jedi, crafted something worthy of the name Star Wars. Old, beloved characters returned and new instantly lovable characters were introduced. The "Used future" aesthetic and practical effects we'd all been raised on were present once more to breathe life into that far, far away Galaxy we had held dear. To get to the point, buy this film. If you love Star Wars and have missed quality entries in the series, this is a movie for you. If you're unfamiliar with Star Wars and enjoy sci-fi adventure and fantasy then you should really give this film a go.

Must have for any Star Wars fan. Excellent quite Can’t wait to complete the trilogy
