Had potential.

I am hoping 8 and 9 make up for this... but I doubt it. Star Wars is now nothing more than a Disney revenue stream.

A good sequel

Great to see the old characters, but the new characters, particularly Rey, are also engaging and fun. It's worth a watch!

The Force might be awake but is it with us

I couldn't quite put my finger on it but it just did not have the feel of the rest of the Star Wars movies. It also takes a lull in the middle after a strong start and end.
