star wars is a movie you can watch over and over. so i recommend buying the whole collection

This is a decent addition to the Star Wars saga. Leaves you wanting more and looking forward to the endgame.

The Blu-ray disc is very responsive, looks and sounds nice, and the case beautiful artwork on it.

I had a lot of issues with the story which I won't get into here but if you are a Star Wars fan you will need to buy this to have the complete collection if you are a Star Wars fan like me. If you are not a fan then I would pass on buying it. It's not horrible but I expect so much out of Star Wars movies and this one just did not live up to my expectations.

This movie was another great Star War motion picture in a series of Star War series of moviess.

I will leave my feelings on the film out of this review. As a lifelong fan of Star Wars I am still in the middle. As far as the disc itself the picture is incredible. I am viewing this on my 65" Sony x900E through my xbox one x. The blacks are just incredible. Every space scene has inky blacks and bright white dots (stars). Take the opening crawl for example, the yellow print is nice and crisp, with no color spill over into the black. Only problem I can see with the advent of 4k is you can easily tell the difference between scenes that were shot on film and scenes that were shot digitally. All the landscape shots on Luke's island have a grainy effect and then the next cut does not. Not really a complaint just an observation. Special features are good, and the inclusion of a Blu-ray disc and digital copy are a nice bonus. Leaving your feelings aside, this being the only Star Wars movie in HDR 4K as the time of this review is worth taking a look at. Of course your viewing may differ depending on what tv you are watching on.
