I would like the star bores folks to hire some better writers. The original was a b rated fun show. This is an overhyped repeat of most of the movies. This can’t be called science anything perhaps science fantasy. They should go back to the drawing board and get rid of the politically correct crap.

The picture quality is outstanding, Too bad the movie is horrible. They go out of their way to push "diversity" instead of focusing on the plot. Very boring.

Whoever approved this film needs to be fired. Multiple characters are completely miscast. I love Laura Dern, but her acting is this movie is atrocious.

Overall the movie is ok but it left us disappointed. You can tell they are really trying hard to get something going again but not succeeding too well.

I'll have to watch this again. But my first impression was that this movie was hard to follow and uninteresting. Didn't have the pazzaz of episode 4.

Sorry this movie is really weak. None of the characters are believable as characters. Was that Laura Dern? Her scenes just saying the Force be with you are pathetic completely unbelievable. Everything is weak about this movie. The plot etc but the acting is the worst from every actor. They didn't seem like characters they seemed like actors trying to characters even Luke Skywalker.

Some good moments...but basically star wars has been stupified with idiotic politics and nonsensical plotlines.

Big franchise fan, finally broke down and purchased this for the included documentary and Steele case, both really cool even if the movie is horrible.

Gave it my all. Tried to understand how this movie was good in some way but was unable to. Watch it for completion, not enjoyment. Otherwise you will spend a lot of time wondering why almost all the characters did what they did and your head might explode.

The production values are good, the story however is terrible. Way too many plotholes to further the star wars story. Dissappointed to say the least.

Nice Blu-ray disk, with cool features. Sound quality is outstanding. The movie was really weak, by Star Wars standards.

The worst of the new films. Can I get my money back and 5 years of wasted time being a fan of these lame movies.

I’ve tried repeated to like TLJ but I simply can’t. What they did with Luke Skywalker is weak and Leia’s Peter Pan move made me want turn it off!

Wandering plot line. Extra cheesy jokes. Force-flying Princess Leia. Half an hour too long. Not a terrible movie, but certainly far from the best.

Move is really bad. Too long. Too boring. Also, Atmos mix is disappointing as well - will have to increase volume higher than normal to enjoy.

Why was this movie made? Boring, tedious. Disney needed a game plan for the new trilogy and they didn't have one.

Great to have on blu ray, however not the best film in the Star Wars saga, prob the worst of the Star Wars films.

It's the blu ray of The Last Jedi. Not a great movie, but if you want to watch it this is a way to do it

I could go on forever about how bad this is for a real Star Wars fan but the most important thing to say is writer / director Rian Johnson has no understanding of Star Wars, nor the character of Luke Skywalker and single handedly (along with the help of horrible producer Kathleen Kennedy) destroyed the Skywalker Saga and prevented the heroic end that Luke should have had.

AS a Star Wars fan I think they really missed an opportunity to open and expand the new stars in the series.
