Watching from this from the UHD Blu-ray is much better than streaming. The bit rate is better than you'll get via the internet. That means you'll see even better quality and detail in the picture. If you're a fan of Star Wars, this is a must buy. (Plus buying the movies separately is cheaper than the box set!)

For all you Star Wars fan, this is a must have for your collection. best buy sold this 4k ultra HD including digital for less than any other competitor. we do not even have a 4K ultra HD television but we still bought this for the blu-ray copy and the digital copy. it may a great gift for under the christmas tree.

This movie isn't bad. That is a horrible first sentence of a review but it just didn't impress me. The Star Wars collection includes some great movies but this one just fell a little flat for me. We bought it to add to our complete collection after seeing it in the movie theater. It is not Rocky V bad but it is not nearly as good as Rogue One. It is somewhere in the middle and worth a watch if you are a Star Wars fan.

It's Star Wars through and through, but it doesn't do some of our favorite characters and story arcs much justice. I was let down by the Director's choices that seemed to purposely diminish or disregard some fantastic characters, both old and new. But it is still a fun movie with fantastic visuals and audio that should offset some of its failings. If I had the option, I would give it 3.5 stars instead of 4 out of 5.

Not the best but def a good star wars movie and yet another hero death. This movie continues the path started all those years ago with Ep. 4 (or ep. 1 if you're one of those) and brings several conclusions to some of your favorite characters and story plots. Overall you, the viewer, should and will be entertained by the power that is Star Wars and the adventure that everyone has been on for so long. Enjoy!

Rogue One is the best movie out of the new star wars movies, last jedi has its flaws, but has some fun action scenes.

I saw it once in the theatres and loved it, but watching it again all the surprises and novelty wore off and not nearly as entertaining. I noticed the second time around the director was trying to make it "different" likely after complaints about Episode VII being too similar to past Star Wars movie, but Episode VIII bucked the trend in at times an awkward way.

First of all, I love the fact that the steel book looks so great. Second off, the movie looks fantastic in 4K resolution. I will admit that the movie itself is a bit different than the rest of the Star Wars series. I do love the movie itself, however it seems that the movie could've been directed in a better way. The plot seems lacking a bit, but overall the movie is enjoyable to watch.

In my opinion this is the 6th best Star Wars movie behind the original , revenge of the sith, and force awakens.

Star Wars' Episode VIII doesn't disappoint, picking up where it left off in the lives of Kylo Ren, Rey, Finn, Poe, and BB-8. While not as epic and emotionally forceful as The Force Awakens, The Last Jedi pulls no punches to further the sometimes complicated stories of its lead characters. As a bonus, some stars of the original trilogy (at least one a total surprise) shine in their roles here.

While a lot of people didn't like this movie, I thought it was fantastic. But I'm going to talk about the quality of the 4K in this review and not about the movie. I have a Samsung 4K TV and this movie looks and sounds fantastic. I don't see any flaws with the picture. The colors are amazing over the regular non-4K version. Bonus material is ok, but it didn't really sell the set for me.

While I wasn’t bored, the movie definitely has things I don’t like. That said, the steelbook itself is very nice.

As a life long Star Wars fan I have the same heartache as most other fans about how the Skywalker story is being told. Set aside the previous movie comparisons, this movie is entertaining and does advance the Star Wars story forward. The 4k clarity makes it obvious that much of the movie was filmed in a studio, almost like a stage play and green screen graphics.No way can I give it an excellent rating.

It may not measure up to the film it tries to remix (Ep.V), but wonderful cinematography, some solid character arcs and compelling themes make it worth the watch - even if the plot is a bit nonsensical in the first act. A great 4k BluRay as well; featuring Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. Easy to recommend to anyone who loves Star Wars or just wants something to break in their new home theatre.

This is the most hated movie from the Star Wars sequels. I however very much enjoyed this movie. I have been a huge Star Wars fan since I was a child, and honestly I'm very happy that they have chosen to expand the story and universe. The steelbooks are well done (I have every Star Wars movie on steelbook), cool design and artwork.

I was not impressed watching this the first time in the theater, but a second viewing at home gave me a better appreciation for the film and I enjoyed it far more. It’s a much better film than I gave it credit for the first time, perhaps I had too many expectations. Didn’t think I’d enjoy watching it again, but now I feel it’s a film I’ll watch over and over and a worthy entry in the Star Wars saga.

That moment when Luke chucks his lightsaber as if it were garbage? Totally makes sense. Yoda ran. Obi-Wan ran. All the surviving Jedi ran since Vader and his Stormtroopers were hunting them down and eradicating them. Anyone that says this moment was what ruined this movie doesn't realize that a big portion of the Star Wars story is the Jedi retreating from their failures.

In my household there are a lot of mixed reviews about this movie. My wife tolerates Star Wars movies, but she said this is her favorite Star Wars movie and would actual want to watch it again. I didn't think the movie was amazing, but I didn't think it was terrible either. I'd say it was a below average Star Wars movie, but a decent Sci-Fi movie. I love the Steelbook packaging and the artwork.

I don't consider myself a Star Wars Junkie, but at 49 I can still enjoy the tale. If you haven't seen all the others before this one, please go back and catch up...Why, well 1) so if your watching with people (Wife) you don't have to pause the movie to tell them the synopsis. 2) you want be lost and 3) its the business, they have to keep it going in order to sell but it really is a great movie
