Probably my favorite addition to the franchise. I love that it is so different, and I hope that others come to see reason in the next few films. I guess there is always gonna be a group that hates a film but this one was exactly what it needed to be.

As a child in the 70s, I grew up with the Star Wars franchise. This movie was good but it still left many unanswered questions. Overall this movie is suitable for families with young children. Some adult content.

This is my favorite so far of the non-George Lucas Star Wars films. Awesome beginning and the best last 30 mins for true Star Wars fans, incorporating the true spirit of the classic as well as the best of the expanded universe. Well done!

I believe this is the first Star Wars film available in 4K format and the quality of blacks and dark scenes are superior to the Blu-Ray version. If you are interested in the best quality as it stands today, this is the version to purchase

Unlike most, I enjoyed the movie. While not the best, I was entertained enough to warrant a 4k purchase, and what a visual treat! I love seeing 35mm movies on 4k as the grain, textures and sound really immerse you into the film. A great transfer.

I understand there are story flaws, but this movie is still very enjoyable. It's a mix of Empire & Return of the Jedi. The acting is great. Again, there are story flaws, but turn off the lights, get some popcorn, and have yourself a 2 hour vacation.

After all the hype plus criticism this is a very good movie. The longest SW movie means some spots drag but as a whole its worth it for fans. Action is good and effects are up to date. Also very emotional - great to see Luke and very sad seeing Leia.

I already love the movie from watching it in theaters. The features are really the only thing new to review. I'm a huge fan of director's commentary, but this one was pretty boring. I fell asleep on it in the middle of the day. Everything else is good, though.

Growing up loving star wars with my favorite being a new hope, I was skeptical on how this new trilogy would be handled. Thankfully, they are a marked imrpovement over the prequels and make me feel nostalgic for the times of the originals releases.

Ordered the Star Wars SteelBook and am very pleased with it. Loved the movie and bonus content was interesting to watch. The SteelBook cover has great graphics. Was awesome to watch on my 4K HD TV and the sound bar I use was great in surround mode.

I planned on getting this movie when it came out. I saw the stand and someone put the steel book in the wrong spot so it had the regular movie and steel version, the same price. I ended up paying more for the steel book but didn’t fight it, what’s 5 dollars?

I know there are many who would disagree with me but I think this movie is fine. It does go in a different direction than I had expected but that is not a bad thing. It also now has options for some fun and exciting events in the next movie. Give it a chance.

'nuff said. Not exactly the apex of the saga but very enjoyable. Some cliches and recycled tropes, a lot of deja-vu. Originality was left out in favor of familiar situations and pre-cooked expectations.

The technical quality of the disc itself is fine (excluding Disney's strange decision not to include Dolby Vision). The visual and audio quality is what you should expect from a 4K movie. The problems with the actual film are pretty well known, but just in case, let me summarize: Everything set up by J.J. Abrams in The Force Awakens is essentially dumped within the first few minutes of this film. Poe's silly and jarring "Can you hear me now?" sequence to Luke's chucking of the saber are symbolic of the rest of the movie. Star Wars mythos is thrown away so that director Rian Johnson can be "daring" and shake up the universe. He does that with this movie, but the results are divisive, to say the least.

I saw the movie in the theater, then I bought the blu ray and now I have the 4k..I would not say the video jumps out at me more then the blu ray but for sure the sound is much enhanced. I am a fan of Daisy Ridley so this was a good purchase for me.

The Last Jedi might be the most talked about star wars film. Some hate it, some love it. Me, I was kind of on the fence when I first saw it, leaning towards disliking it, but after watching it 3 or 4 times I will say it's a better movie upon repeat viewings.

This is one of my favorite Star Wars movies. It was reasonably priced and I opted for curbside pickup. Best Buy has the pick up process very well organized. I will use it again in the future.

While I didn't hate The Force Awakens, I thought it was a complete waste of time because you knew where the story was going already in the beginning of the movie (since it mirrored A New Hope). I'm actually in the camp that liked The Last Jedi.

Nice movie,but this Star Wars movie takes you in a different direction. Action is fast paced, but main focus of this movie is the rebellion more than the Jedis. Lots of space battles. None lightsaber duels,which seems like a lost opportunity.

This movie divided the Star Wars fans like never before but not me. The movie is not perfect by any means but it was good enough for me to enjoy it. The battle sequences in space were awesome.
