For the movie, I think it was great SiFi and FX, but I don't like that they destroyed a lot of cannon in this series (no death scene for Ackbar?!) Mainly this review is the fact that you have to choose between 3D and 4K releases. What if you have a 4K 3D HDTV? Anyway I went with 4K and it included the digital copy and Blu-Ray.

Another step towards the culmination of the Star Wars story. Outside of the awful performance of Bruce Driver as Kylo Ren, it was pretty enjoyable. It doesn't help when your supposed super-villain acts like a petulant 10 year old. Darth Vader was looking down on this and saying, "I am definitely NOT his father".

I have been wanting this movie for a long time and best buy had a great deal during the holidays. Best buy also did great with fast shipping and item arrived without damage! I would purchase with best buy again next time Im looking for movies or games.

A beautifully shot movie that tried to do more with star wars then some folks were ready to go along with. Some of the story choices may not have been what I wanted at first thought but I would've preferred to see them play out in the future as a whole.

Is it good? Is it bad? Does the Canto Bright section need to happen? What about Rey's parents? There is so much this film does and deconstructs and people will fight me on the streets about whether it ruined the franchise or propelled it out of rut it started to slip into. Only Episode 9 will tell.

While TLJ has been devisive, I personally found it to take rewarding risks. I loved the film and found it to be visually stunning, and the UHD disc presents that perfectly. The 4K HDR (even better in Dolby Vision, if your TV and player support it) makes this a reference disc to show off your home theater.

My kids and I really enjoyed the movie, it was a lot of fun! The characters were great as usual, and the special effects were out of this world. The only disappointed that I had with the movies is that it did not have enough of Luke Skywalker in it.

I have read that some True blue Star Wars fans had issues with this movie. Well I have been a fan since the first one when I saw it at least a dozen times in the theater. This current movie is excellent and it ties very well into the previous movie and now the whole series. Don't be afarid to injoy the movie.

I am including Solo when I say it's Disney's worst. It's not terrible, but it is not the movie Force Awakens, Rogue One or even Solo is. I wasn't a huge fan of how Luke was portrayed and I didn't love Finn and Rose's excursion. There are other points, but if you are a fan of the franchise you should see this.

If you already own the other steelbook Star War movies of course you're going to want this and to your collection. Absolutely love the design outside and inside the steelbook. And the way they were able to capture everything in 4k is absolutely beautiful.

this is a terrific movie that appeals to fans of the franchise, but should bring new fans into the fold as well. it's just a great science Fiction movie, and the fact that it brings back many of the best elements of the original trilogy is just an extra spiff!

Love the movie. While I do not fault the performances by any, the complete handoff of the storyline to the new actors is not as compelling. Complete closure with Luke Skywalker was awesome with glimpses of how good this storyline will become. Only 1 movie in this trilogy left. I’m sure they will make more.

The Last Jedi was a good addition to the Star Wars saga but it dragged in some parts. Overall, the movie was good just wished some parts were done better like certain fight scenes. These scenes were choreographed pretty poorly. It’s still a must have item for any Star Wars fan.

For as many of these as Best Buy had in stock I was surprised to find out that the last Jedi isn’t necessarily the easiest Blu-ray to buy .The desk has tons of features and comes with a standard DVD Blu-ray and a digital copy that can be played anywhere. If you love Star Wars the last Jedi is a must have

What do you need to say it's Star Wars. Either you already love it or you already hate it. Nothing anyone writes about it will change that opinion. If you love it, then 4K only makes it look and sound better.

Having seen the very first Star Wars movie (now called: ‘A New Hope’) back in May 1977 on opening night, I have been a big fan ever since. This latest continues the saga, and is, IMHO, better than the 3 prequel movies, although I liked ‘The Force Awakens’ a bit more. But definitely worth adding to one’s collection.

The video and sound quality are amazing in 4k. The movie itself is awful.

I am a big fan of the Star Wars series, so I felt like I needed to further my collection by picking this one up. I picked up the SteelBook copy of it since I wanted a copy of it that included the Blu-Ray, DVD, and Digital copy of the movie and didn't see an alternative option that had all three formats..

Though some parts of this movie are upsetting, I have no doubt that this will not be the last movie I purchase from the Star Wars Saga. In true Star Wars fashion, this movie will shock and amaze you at the same time. Episode 8 is a can't miss addition to this Epic saga. Any true fan must own this movie!!

I don't think a SW film has ever polarized audiences as much as The Last Jedi has, and it will be several years and further installations into the franchise until we really see where the reverberations from this land. I have both positives and negatives to say about the film, so I'm gonna leave it pretty open cause no one needs me to go on a nerd induced coma of a rant concerning Star Wars mythos. I'll just say the steelbook is actually REALLY nice, but it's the presentation of the film that is lacking and gets 3 stars. The HDR looks rather, well, basic and even has raised black levels that don't have as much depth as there regular blu would on a plasma. The Dolby Vision is better but still not perfect, and the sound mix on this, much like THE FORCE AWAKENS, just doesn't have the depth and punch the prequels sound mixes did on bluray.
