Rather than rate the move itself, I believe the 4k blu ray version is worth the cost. There are 14 deleted scenes, exceptional image and audio quality. If you liked the movie, this is the version to get.

Episode 8, BluRay only package. Would give 5 stars but bought this as a compromise since they were out of steel case and BluRay/DVD/Digital versions when I went in. If you're a Star Wars fan, run in and get this.

Very exciting movie. It's intense compared to others Star Wars movies and maybe darker. Definitely more modern compared to the ones created 40 years ago.

Newer movies are a bit more difficult to follow with all the new characters. Plots seem a bit more scattered and lack in clarity. Seems to be lacking in definite scenario or plot and follow through to conclusion.

the biggest box office hit of 2017 is episode 8 of the series. this epic chapter in the star wars saga continues the rise of the Resistance in its battle with the First Oder.

The new continuation of Star Wars will always captivate each generations of parrot child in future generations. Every movie that the Star Wars makes is a hit. I can't wait to show my son's this movie.

Not my favorite Star Wars but still liked it a lot. Holding out final judgement till I can see the third film in the trilogy and see how they tie it all together but I have really been enjoying the new movies.

A blast from beginning to end but still so many unanswered questions... Can't wait for the finale whenever it may be..... The steelbook packaging is a beauty as well and a must have for any collector!

Great movie lots of room shaking bass of course I have 4 15 inch sub and Carver pt 2400 amp driving them. But this movie presents very well.

Not a fan of Star Wars 1-3, the originals are good but the new set (episodes 7 and 8) are great. Love this installment. Great having Luke back even for a short time. The force is strong with this one!

A much appreciated different approach to the Star Wars saga. Main criticism is that it needed more of Luke Skywalker as a Jedi Master. Some subplots were not needed. Great action and different story take.

We enjoyed this movie for the most part. There were sections that were not as interesting or moving but it was as visually excellent as any other and had strong scenes for many of the old and new characters.

Anyone who likes the Star Wars movies will like this one. Really good story line-- leaving room for new characters and story. Will miss Carrie Fisher-- so glad her scenes were already filmed.

The picture and sound quality are not as good as they could have been. But you must have this to almost complete the collection. I’ll watch it many times, if the future allows.

Its a good movie but not up to old school starwars standards but as to the actual 4k quality is really awesome and you get a Blu-Ray DVD included and a digital download code so all in all it is a good Purchase.

This was my first 4k blu ray purchase and I had high hopes to be visually impressed by this Dolby Vision release. I had just upgraded my tv from a non-hdr samsung to an LG C8. Graphically this was a disappointment. The clarity and color depth were not on par with many other offerings such as Mortal Engines or even The Rise of Skywalker. The story itself was mildly entertaining, however it is not on par with other releases in this franchise. Though I wanted to like this film, I cannot recommend this for purchase.

I am not one to ever really watch the commentary or special features, but the movie is on the disc so I say 5 stars. They delivered exactly what they said the product is so I have no problems with it.

You will either love it or hate it. Because it is part of the Star Wars franchise, each person will have preconceived expectations going into it (unless they are simply unfamiliar with the Star Wars universe).

Although some fans are split on the film (personally I highly enjoyed it) the technical merits of the 4k discs are excellent. One if the best looking and sounding 4k blu-ray discs ever made.

This might be our favorite Star Wars yet! Even my 2 year old had his eyes glued to the screen for most of the movie. Good family movie, suitable for all ages.
