I saw the movie at the theater and was disappointed. I still buy Blu-rays of Star Wars movies to keep my collection going. I bought Rise not because this movie was actually good but because it was Star Wars. Needless to say, I haven’t even opened it yet.

No quarrels with Best Buy itself. The studio totally missed the mark on this steel book ( just like they did with the rest of the Star Wars franchise). I was expecting way more content this being the finale but I was let down. Just get the normal copy and save yourself the $.

A phone-it-home treatment that this storied saga did not deserve. What a mess Disney has made of Star Wars in their greed to suck as much money out of the property. Contrast with the excellent job they do with the Marvel properties. I give this move a solid "Meh"

Maybe they should have had an iron clad outline that included a few twists, but also included some fan service. You know before they went and threw darts at a random board to pick ideas for the new trilogy.
