They lost the feel of the Star Wars saga. Movie is ok

I am a die hard Star Wars fan. Disney ruined this one.

I called Best Buy because the disc was pausing and then skipping content. I cleaned the disc the issue was still unresolved. Best Buy representative said I only had 2 weeks to return and that it was my fault for not contacting them sooner. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was promised a callback but never received the callback. Fortunately, Disney provided me with a replacement disc that plays flawlessly. I'm very disappointed with Best Buy but hope this was an anomaly with their customer service. I will most likely not pre-order again from Best Buy.

The weakest of the new trilogy, but I still liked it.

If you like cool lightsaber fights - not your movie If you like deep meaningful, moving plots - not your movie. I've been the biggest star wars fanboy for forever, and didn't have a great time with it..but at least the dvd is scaled to widescreen quite nicely.

Needed more! Wanted more action, better story line.

Star Wars fan! Not quite as good as rogue one movie

The first two movies in the trilogy were good but the third diverges story wise from the end given to us by The Last Jedi. As a result the third act fails to deliver a satisfying end for fans of the series. Bought anyway but only to complete my collection.

I bought it just to finish the collection and the 4k looks great, but I can’t decide which is worse, this one or The Last Jedi…. Horrible way to end the saga.

If your a true Star Wars fan, this one is not one to add to your collection. This has to be one of the worst films in the Star Wars trilogy, pretty much neck and neck with attack of the clones. Also I’d like to note that for $35 this movie was definitely far from 4k quality (and yes we made sure we put in the 4k disc) also the cheap packaging was very annoying. There are 3 disc in this package and 2 of those docs are smashed together and at first they were stuck together and we didn’t know and we put 2 disc in the 4k player at once. Could have ruined our equipment with the cheap packaging. Usually there is a middle flip insert where another disc can be. Point is, it’s all a waste of money.

If you ever watched South Park's episode with the 'Memba Berries, then this is the perfect movie to match that. So many plot points to be filled with 'Memba this moment from Star Wars! in order to try to make you forget how bad this movie is.

The Steelbook spine came apart (broke) at the bottom after having only been opened once. Not happy about the 4K disc having the exact same still photo menu as the Blu-ray. Bonus features are what make this a great purchase.

Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy this movie like I enjoyed the other movies. It was hard to sit through the whole time. I had to pause it and eventually come back to watching it. It is not worth buying.

As a life-long Star Wars fan, my expectations were obviously high for this film. However, J.J. Abrams retreads many story beats from the previous films in an uninspired way and this ultimately makes this film a giant mess.

A disappointing movie, ending a disappointing final trilogy to Star Wars. Such a shame, considering Force Awakens started the trilogy off with promise.

Like I stated in the title, the movie was epic. My favorite by far. My 1 star is for best buy. I ordered this movie back in January so I could have it delivered a day early like in every other movie I've ordered through best buy. However, not only did it not arrive early or on the release date, it arrived a week late. Best buy never informed me that it will arrive late until 3 days after the release date and to top it all off, they still charged full price and I got no apology. They also wouldn't let me cancel the transaction even though it hadn't shipped yet. this will be the last movie I preorder from best buy.
